Food was not fresh at all. Ordered sausage croissant and they gave me one that had obviously been sitting for quite some time. Yuck.

I left one location that was bad to come to the location near Aldi's Food.
I had a coupon just not sure if I had to order online. After getting that understanding from the lady at the counter, I downloaded the app and placed the order. I placed the order and later tried to ask if my order was ready. She wasn't a friendly person to have at the front counter just observing how she treated each customer.
After 10 minutes pass the time it says it would be ready, I tried to ask her if it was ready. She acted as if she didn't want to talk. Finally, she asked someone to check and I left.

Food was good, just the line was kinda long or took a while to order. I would have given it a better score but it was kinda slow service and the one taking the order was i guess not having it. But I understand I'll give it a 3 still a good score and fair. Would go back if in the area.

Jack in the Box never disappoints! The food is always fresh, hot, and exactly how I order it. I love that they have such a wide variety — from tacos to burgers to breakfast all day. The service is fast and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. My order is ready in no time, and the drive-thru is super convenient. Definitely my go-to spot when I’m craving something tasty and satisfying!

Today in the morning I Oder an Ices mocha coffee large. It was super sweet I even requested to change it they put to much chocolate on it I ended up throwing to the trash They supposed to have like a measuring cup or some that was is saturated too sweet

This jack in the box is trash they won't have your food ready after a certain time. I think it shouldn't matter what time someone place an order just do your job that you on the clock for. Get the people food out the door or window.

I pass by this location on my way to work every day for the last 18 years. I typically stop by this location for breakfast at least 4 times a month. There is a woman that has been working the drive through for several years and I have always had a pleasant interaction with her, even when I am given the wrong order, i just let it go. However, yesterday on Monday June 1, I ordered the same thing I normally order, which is the #24. She asked what I wanted for my drink and I said I wanted hot coffee. Then I asked to have mayonnaise added to my sandwich, which I always ask for mayonnaise. When I got to the window, she handed me a bag and took my $20 bill, the bag felt light so I looked in it and it was just the sandwich and not the hash brown that comes with the meal. I mentioned to the lady there was no hash brown and she got mad at me , rolled her eyes, and then started to talk about me in Spanish to her coworker, she was saying that I was crazy and stupid, all because she misunderstood and made a mistake. She gave me too much change back and I told her I want to pay for my full order and she wouldn’t allow me. She had only charged me for the sandwich. I asked her if she was just talking about me and she said ā€œYES!ā€ , she slammed the window. I wouldn’t even care about the misunderstanding, it was completely unexpected the way she behaved. She showed who she really was. All she had to do was apologize and correct the error. I know it won’t make a difference because I’m just one person, but I will never visit this location again. The fact that she immediately got mad at me for her mistake and then had the nerve to talk bad about me in front of my face. And to think it’s people like this that think they deserve to be paid more money? More money for providing horrible service? The name on the receipt could not have been her name because I believe it was a males name, I can only hope that this woman reflected on her behavior and realized she behaved badly for no reason at all. I literally the week prior was telling a coworker how nice this lady was, but clearly she was not showing her true colors until yesterday. Very disappointing.

I rarely come to Irving but had to today. My family and I stopped at this terrible location to grab some breakfast. We walked in and not a single person greeted us. One person walked by and didn’t say a word. Another lady looked up at us and kept doing what she was doing. We were the only one inside and there was one car in drive thru. It wasn’t busy at all. My husband and i started saying hello to hopefully get someone’s attention but again nothing. The lady looked up and then back down. At that point we left. I’m not spending money anywhere rude people work.
