The lady at the drive thru sep 24 wensday around 1:30is very ugly rude and unprofessional behavior consider changing staff almost theft lying to me about the jr bacon cheese burgers only sold in combos seriously do better wow I can’t believe that lazy disgusting person I had to go to n beltline road location
And online if u order u can purchase them without a combo just wow

We were staying at Wyndham DFW Airport just one block away because flight was delayed and had to rebook our flight and stay here late at night, tired and hungry. This place say they serve 24 hours so we considered walking at 00:30 just to find out that they only attend customer at the drove thru (car required). Plenty of people were in the same situation than us, we easily could full all the tables inside but we just receive a No answer. So walkers don’t waste your time.

It’s says it’s open at 6 am drive thru but no body is taking orders whoever is in charge in the morning needs to do better this is the second time it has happened I see them in the kitchen but don’t answer to take orders

THESE PEOPLE CANNOT READ. HIRE THOSE THAT CAN READ/WRITE & UNDERSTAND BOLD BLACK ENGLISH PRINT THAT YOUR BUSINESS SUPPLIES . (This should be a first requirement) You asked what I wanted, I pay for it, you not provide it, yet list it on receipt. Are you eating the food I ordered/paid for that’s not in my bag? Since the store doesn’t answer, I’ll have to dispute through other measures. Good luck.
