THE WORST STORE!!! Terrible service. Get the orders wrong all the time and argue with you (have seen at least 3 people try to get thier order corrected, with thier receipt in hand... all 3 turned into arguments with a "manager". NEVER going to this location again.

I had a troubling experience at this Jack in the Box location that I feel compelled to share. I ordered a burger and, to my shock, it arrived with tape and plastic on it. This raises serious concerns about food safety and hygiene. It was @6:30 am, no line 30 minutes after opening.
When I brought this to the attention of the management, they offered to replace my order. However, I requested a full refund instead, given the circumstances. The manager I spoke with was disrespectful and, when I asked for his name, he abruptly hung up on me. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.
I hope others are aware of the potential issues regarding food safety at this location and the lack of respect from management. I believe customers deserve better, and I hope the corporate team addresses this matter seriously

i went around 8:20p on 10/15/24, the two male employees there at the time will stare you up and down without breaking contact. they don’t greet you when you enter and when you leave, they get closer to the door to watch that too. i didn’t even stay long enough to eat anything and when i left the bathroom, one of the two immediately went in while the other watched me through the glass. i don’t recommend anyone go into this predatory location. their behavior was beyond strange.

The so called manager there is rude and is to ahead of himself rude to women, and service it self ,i tried asking for an item that was missing and he tried to add up what i named i bought to see if it was accurate or i guess if i was lying and he thought i was because he started being rude and i had no time to get off and talk inside because i was in lunch break , he told me there was people waiting for me to hurry but i am a paying costumer , i even tried showing him my bank receipt because his employees did not give me a receipt but part of this is on me for not asking for one , just not so use to asking for one unless its giving , and most stores wont make such a big deal , i paid more than what he got adding up Everything i ordered since i didn't have a receipt , and he still thought i was lying , he said everything ordered came out to 23 but in my bank statement it say jack took out 26.52 , and i still ordered 2 shakes and PAYED them so he charged me 26 but what he say i got was 23 so he took 3 dollars from me , it ain"t nothing but I'm fed up with rude people especially managers at local drive thru.

Went to this location during lunch time. The speed of the drive-thru and the service was exceptional. However, the food fell a little short. The burger was good, but the egg roll and onion rings looked like they spent too much time in the fryer. Everybody has an off day, so I wouldn't be opposed to trying it again.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich in the evening to ensure its freshness...WRONG...the egg was old AF, the sausage was rubber and bread a brick... I love Jack but this one should be shut down, permanently
Do not go to this location. Very poor customer service. I ordered the new smack burger combo with onion rings and received old re fried onion rings that made them extremely hard and the burger had old buns that were dry and crumbling before I even put my hands on it. Then the bread had a mole spot on it. When I brought the food back to get my money the assistant manager on duty lied and said he was just a regular worker and his name was Dave. After showing Dave and the cook my food the cook told me yea but the meat is good… I could not believe it. His name was Dennis. He then began to tell me I can’t get my money back and I would have to come back in the morning. Do I pulled my phone out and started recording and this is when Save came clean and told me he was in fact the assistant manager and yes I could get my money… all of this took 45 minutes just to get my money back. Total confusion with two guys that did not comprehend English the rules or the SOP of Jack in Box… I’m so ready for robots or something to take my order and handle my food.

Person taking orders and preparing them is exceptionally kind, respectful and friendly. It has been a pleasure to order and pisk up food from him. Food was excellent, fresh and very nicely packed, We will certainly visit again. I highly recommend this Jack in the Box to everyone!
Vegetarian options: Half of our Family are vegetarians and we were able to buy dinner for all of us at the great, clean place!
Dietary restrictions: You can choose vegetarian options
Received COLD fries during lunch time (noon) on a weekday. That is the time when the fries should be the freshest.

I had a drive thru service. FOOD IS trash ! She got my order charged me curly fries. But I didn't order curly fries. Fries was half of the box. Drink even wasn't close to coke. Do not recommend this place for burgers.
