Anne was amazing I was the last customer and had a complicated order and a coupon lol if she would if turned me away or was upset I wouldn't be mad but instead she was an angel and was patient and kind this management material if not corporate if ive ever seen it she made the jack inthe box Corporation look amazing thank you Anne at jack in the box Irving Texas off belt line she's great and so is the staff

Food was right, local was clean , front lady was very nice, my only concern is about the corporation, why only one person at the kitchen and one for front and one for drive through, at breakfast rush hour, no wonder why there’s too many people complaining about the wrong sandwich, jack please don’t be jack and don’t expose your employees to be in the situation, start getting the right people to cover your rush hours , this is not right , see there’s was a lady complaining about her food , jack do the right thing and get fix asap.

There was a technical error ordering from their mobile app. Instead of informing me they let me stand around waiting and wating then wait some more.The manager at the location offered no assistance or understanding regarding this error. He was very dismissive and ignorant to how the mobile app. works. The girl behind the counter was nice.

If this location is off Hwy 161, I couldn't believe that I went inside the Jack In The Box to get a burger that I had been craving. No one was at the counter, but a guy was standing there at the prep table. He walked passed me without a hello and not sure if he mentioned to anyone that I was there. He walked passed me again and never acknowledged me after I had been standing there. I walked out to find another location. Needless to say, I won't return to this location.
I waited almost 20min for my food! I asked for a courtesy cup and got me something to drink! Tell me why today I go in and ask for a cup of ice with my food and the MANGER said he gonna have to charge me for it because I got soda last time! I asked for it for the long wait! I spend to much money at this location! Bet I won't be back!!! 1*
