Stopped here for some breakfast not only was the heavy set lady rude she didn't know how to listen kept interrupting me as I was trying to order food didn't get my order right left things out then she closes the pick up window on me while I was trying to answer her question.if ppl don't want to work in the fast food business they shouldn't be allowed to it makes the businesses look bad.very upsetting and aggravating to have to deal with someone like that so early in the morning! This location needs to do better!! And the food wasn't even hot .

I love this jack in the box!! Every time I come here the food is ALWAYS FRESH AND HOT ! No need to ask them to make your food fresh they always deliver ! And their customer service is top tier and they are always friendly! Whoever the manager is here definitely knows how to manage !

a lot of stuff was missing from my order when I went back up there they refused to give me a refund or fix it even though I had the receipt the food was also cold and the cashier was really rude this was my first and last time coming here honestly doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating
The employees were mean especially before 1pm, but today they were a bit rude around 3pm. The food was good and tasty, and the area was clean. Everything was great exept the employees.
They gave my food to the wrong car, i suffer the consequences for their mistake. I left without my food and no refund this place is clumsy and terrible will not be coming back here. Makes no sense when i have mobile app proof and email confirmation yet they cant do anything about it.

We had monster tacos 👹 and a "witch please" shake yesterday. The shake was highly disappointing. Really gross. Tasted like soap lavender soap. It's made with "ube" and Oreos.. 🫤😰 NOT pumpkin spice. 😢 Tacos were fresh. Very good 👍🏼
