Tonight I ordered the sourdough jack with no tomatoes and told them to add pickles.When I got to my destination to eat my food, it had tomatoes and no pickles , the exact opposite of what I ordered

I don't understand everything we come here to eat it's freaking cold . We told the that why it is super cold . They just say really? And they are wearing jackets and hoodies. We decided to eat outside and the other customers too. They should control the temperature.
