I made the reservation request online and got a call and email within a few hours to confirm details and fill out payment form. The food was ready when we got there and the reservation was easily adjusted when more people than paid for showed up. More than enough food was included in the package, pitchers of drinks provided, and the added 25 credit arcade card for each player was so fun Big thank you to the Pinstack team for making our company outing go so smoothly and fun.

First impression, I liked the guest service right when you walked in…but the food and service was mediocre…and that’s being gracious. The wait was long which made no sense because my party was only one of three at the time. And we were a party of three. The fajita tacos were good and were enjoyed by the person that ordered it. I ordered the grilled sirloin medium; it was bleeding when I got it, mashed potatoes were cold but flavorful, steamed veggies were perfect! We got wings that were overcooked in my opinion but the sauce was tasty. I could go on… maybe it was an off day. Prices are reasonable. I think the menu should be revamped. We had a great time in the arcade! It’s smaller than I thought…still had a great time! We didn’t do the rock wall because we didn’t want to wait in line.. small children are impatient! We’ll definitely come back but we’ll eat somewhere else first. The menu is good but the kids and I were disappointed in the food…and the wait..

We were one of 3 tables in the entire restaurant and it took 20 minutes before they even took our order. When we received our food it was not even warm. I highly recommend skipping their restaurant and enjoy the games and bowling

We went to Pinstacks expecting a relaxed evening of family time with dinner and bowling. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating from start to finish.
We arrived around 5:30 PM and were seated in the dining area, which at the time had only 2–3 other tables. We placed our order fairly quickly, but after that, everything unraveled. Our food took over an hour to begin coming out and when it did, it arrived one dish at a time, spaced far apart.
What made the situation unacceptable was that four of our children never received their meals at all, and one adult in our party also never received their order. There was no clear communication, no urgency, and no meaningful attempt at conflict resolution. We were left repeatedly asking about missing food while watching others eat.
The overall issue wasn’t just the wait, it was the lack of organization and accountability. Mistakes happen, but how they’re handled matters. In this case, they weren’t.
For a venue that markets itself as a family-friendly dining and entertainment experience, this was a major letdown. We left disappointed, hungry kids in tow, and with no desire to return.

We were six adults, and one person never received their meal at all. On top of that, four kids’ meals never came out, which made the situation even more frustrating for our family. There was no proper explanation or urgency from the staff.
Overall, very poor service and a bad dining experience.

Very good enjoyment spot for kids. We were here for a birthday party; my child truly enjoyed the time here. Mainly with the so called dashing cars and VR zone, kids enjoyed it so much. The climbing spots were also so good; helping kids build that helping nature, trust (so called collaboration in adult terminology :) ). Overall experience was so good.
