Smoothie is watery right after getting it. Maybe more ice or less time blending but it’s a juice at this point.

I stopped by this place on 8/15/25. When I got there, the door was locked, and there was a sign on it. The guy who was working came to the door, took the sign down, unlocked it, and just turned around without even holding the door open for me. He didn’t smile or say a word, and it felt really unwelcoming. We just kind of stared at each other until he finally asked what I wanted to order. I don’t think I’ll be going back; customer service matters a lot to me, and if someone isn’t into that, they should probably just stay home or work remotely.

Photo doesn’t do it justice but cup was only 80% full, lady that helped us did not want to be there, when she brought our drink out she slammed it on the counter and just said “here ya go!” Bad service here. The lady that was working with us was working during 8/10/25 around 12pm-1pm. Looked like only two people were working. Love Jamba juice but this worker or possibly location just wasn’t up to standard

This has nothing to do with the gentleman that is working today. At all, I just want to clear that up. He's the only person there working today. And everybody has called out and he called everyone. While waiting, because it was a long wait and it was only him and he still had to do online orders. He called his boss his district manager and the area manager and could not get help. He had to stop the online orders. So that he could catch up, he's been asking for help in not receiving any response for help. So if you have an order today, you may have to wait and the store may be closed.Because he cannot do it all by himself. What kind of management manage this establishment that they're not willing to assist an employee who's practically begging for help.

This morning I placed an order at Jamba Juice in Las Colinas because Google shows they open at 7:00 a.m. I arrived at that time to pick up my order, but the store was closed. There was a sign on the door saying they open at 8:00 a.m. I had to wait outside until they opened. If their actual hours are different, they really need to update the information on Google to avoid confusion.

I went and got 2 smoothies. Both tasted good but they were more like slushie not a smoothie. I checked to make sure that I ordered smoothies, and I did. So not sure why they tasted off but they were good.

They need more staff but I still got my drink fairly quick. Great drinks and great optimism from the staff regardless of how short staffed they were!

I had such a wonderful experience at this Jamba Juice location! I didn’t catch her name, but the girl at the front counter was absolutely amazing — so kind, cheerful, and full of positive energy. Her warm attitude and friendly service genuinely made my entire day. It’s rare to come across someone who brings such a bright, welcoming vibe, and it really stood out.
As for the smoothies — they were, of course, delicious! I’ve always loved Jamba Juice for their fresh, flavorful blends, and this visit did not disappoint. My order was prepared quickly and with care, and the ingredients tasted fresh and perfectly balanced. Whether you’re grabbing a post-workout boost or just treating yourself to something refreshing, you can’t go wrong here.
The store was clean, well-organized, and had a great atmosphere. It’s clear that the staff take pride in maintaining both the space and the quality of their service.

0 stars. Cheap owners left 1 slow employee by themselves and everyone waited 20+ minutes for simple orders. I never got my order OR a refund. Horrible experience and I will never be back.

I got the peanut moo’d with soy protein and multivitamins…. 10/10 smoothie. The customer service from the young man was FANTASTIC!!! I believe his name was crush? Not sure. But he was amazing. He made my experience worth while! Will definitely be coming back! Thanks yall!

Love this Jamba Juice location, they are super friendly and always helpful! There was a new kid working this week and he was really trying his best, but needed a little help! The smoothies were great and the pretzel was amazing! We will be back soon!
