The bread was hard and nort made fresh. The store smells like dogs have been playing in there. Terrible service

This isn’t necessarily about the food because the sandwich is a sandwich. The sandwich was just "ok." I’ve never been to a Jersey Mike’s. I will
probably never go back to Jersey Mike’s.
The customer service at this particular location on this day was not good. The worker who took my order was not very friendly, the person who made the sandwich was not helpful or friendly at all.
The sandwich itself was just mid. I did say I’ve never visited Jersey Mike’s before, but nobody offered anything or told me about options.
I know it’s not brain surgery right but, at the end of the day, your customer service speaks to your brand.
I got the rosemary bread and it was dry. I didn’t even know if you could have it toasted I didn’t wanna ask.
I would suggest getting your people together and helping them understand the importance of customer service. That’s all I got.
I didn’t even finish it because it just wasn’t that good.

Ordered from here online twice in three months.
Both times, they were wrong.
Both times I asked for pickles and relish on the side, and they never give it

I go to jersey Mike's more times than I'd care to admit, almost always to this store. They're always super busy, but regardless of this the staff is always super friendly and fast. My sandwich always comes out perfect and the store is super clean. Thank you!

The worker was so focused on talking to this lady about some movie that they barely notice I was there. After ordering my food I wasnt able to customize my order the way I wanted I just got whatever it came with. As they went back to talking to that lady. Couldn’t fully enjoy my sandwich with the topping that came on the sub as they didn’t even bother to ask what all did I want on it. Left them a tip out of kindness but definitely won’t be returning to this location

Never ate here but was hired no one never called me I called they told me I have to wait until someone quit to get hired I been unemployed for 3 months this is ridiculous like no one have kids to feed I don’t understand why jobs say they hiring but than say otherwise when u go there just get your time wasted

I ordered two Philly cheese, one with onions and one with extra cheese and received peppers on one of them which I'm allergic to when I got it home and saw that they had messed mine up. My friend took that one and
I ate the extra cheese. I don't recommend this facility. I've been here several times and they never can get the order, correct? So my suggestion is to go a few miles down and find another Jersey Mike.

I wasn't planning on placing a review, but the last 2 orders from online and 1 in person have been wrong. I went into the store to order a sandwich the other day and they do not speak English (I know it is not the PC review, but have to comunicate effectively) .

I went in and they need to bring someone from the back of the store to come and translate what I needed. It was still done wrong.

Last 2 orders have not removed ingredients and added ingredients I needed. Kind of annoying, this store used to be the best in Irving.
