Worst sandwich I've ever had. Soaked in oil. Can't get past the first bite. Disgustingly oil was over poured. From out of town so I can't take it back. Never ever again.

Really terrible acoustics & terrible service. Expect them to ask you several times what you want - difficult to place an order because you can’t hear them and they can’t hear you! . The three people working behind the counter together (Sunday afternoon 6/23 3:30p). couldn’t figure out how to lower the music or the tv!? . Order ahead & take it to go or skip this place all together! Extra disappointing for a Jersey girl, especially!

The atmosphere was really nice, the ladies that were there had a good spirit. I had a coupon to use and one of the ladies wasn't sure about it but it was resolved so that made it better because I drove a ways to come to this location.

Put sandwich on wrong bread. Added wrong items. Service was rude. I curbside and if the outside impression was terrible I imagine going in is worse. Do not recommend ANY Jersey Mike location in Irving, TX . 1/10 go to Jimmy John's.

Okay, JM’s is ALWAYS on point, every where I’ve been. Nevertheless, a beautiful Latina came out of the restroom, put on her apron, took my order ONCE and never stopped moving until we were facing one another at the cash register. I’ve NEVER EVER SEEN ANYONE at JM’s or anywhere else make 2 completely different sandwiches so well and so FAST. I mean, even back in 1970’s, Mickey D’s and BK NEVER made your order this fast and this well. And she never broke her Heavenly smile as she did it. She actually surpassed a coworker who had started someone’s or ahead of me!!! If I was single, I would’ve proposed right on the spot. She deserves double, maybe triple what she’s making now. OR pay her mortgage or rent for a year! I told that she’s a ROCK STAR, for real! To be sure to credit the correct person, I was there between 3:00 and 4:00 PM, today, Saturday, April 15th, 2023. I ordered 2 regular subs on white bread: #6 and #10. I’m guessing she’s a manager or assistant manager. She’s absolutely FABULOUS! Tenga buen Dia y Dios le bendiga, Siempre??????❣️
