I have several favorite sandwiches here depending on what I’m in the mood for but this day I came in to get a steak and cheese with extra onions, a little bit of cheery peppers and mayo …chips and a drink ..!

This location skimps on portions. Paid extra for extra meat on a pickup order and actually got less meat than a regular sandwich. Wouldn't advise coming here, look at the other reviews, seems to be a common theme of nickle and diming by the cheap owner.

Disappointed with the service and portion sizes. The employee sliced the bread poorly in half and I ordered a regular sized sub and he gave me the smaller half of the bread, which was cut significantly smaller than the other half. I almost wanted to walk out. They completely skimped out on the portion size. Wasn’t even close to advertised. I love jersey mikes but won’t be returning to this location again.

The older gentleman with an accent that took my order and made my sandwich just now was so incredibly kind and friendly! Made my day:)

On October 22, 2025 at approximately 8pm, I witnessed a customer being discriminated against and wrongfully treated. How dare you call the police on an innocent African American male who was simply ordering a sandwich. I saw how his sandwich was being made and they purposefully was shorting the customer on the meat portions. He was ordering a giant turkey and provolone sub. When he asked for extra meat the worker added only 3 thin slices. Extra meat is 5 extra slices for a giant sub. The customer then asked for double meat which is 5 more slices. The worker was visibly frustrated from him asking, and went to the back of the store stating he would have to confirm with his manager how many extra slices for a giant sub. The customer was waiting for at least 10 minutes before he was helped by another lady in the store. She continued making his sandwich and added the proper amount to his sandwich and completed his order. When he was about to pay for his order, a police officer walked in and approached him saying he was told the worker told him to leave and he refused. Not one time was this customer asked to leave. In front of everyone this man was embarrassed and was told by the police officer their management does not want him coming back to the store and if he did he would be arrested for trespassing. This was very unsettling to witness as I saw he did nothing wrong. He was racially profiled and they purposefully shorted his meat portion so they could call the police. The customer was completely unaware the police were being called or going to be called on him because he didn’t do anything wrong! It’s ridiculous and this behavior should never be tolerated. Mind you, the customer never yelled, cursed or caused a scene whatsoever. Management here needs to be reevaluated and replaced.

Hey everyone just wanted to post a review for Jersey Mike's. I always get fast prompt service at this location. The food taste great and the facilities are always clean. Shamilla is always very friendly, professional and I highly recommend this location

What slack-off of a franchise does this?!
I pulled up in the parking lot at 8:48 PM and walk towards the restaurant’s entrance to see the male worker locking it at 8:49 PM, right before I have a chance to get to the door. He then grabs the metal cooler of ice tea and hauls it back to the back room. He then turns the lights off in the store and as I’m knocking on the front glass door at 8:50 PM, he gives the slice to the throat motion (waving his hand back-and-forth across his neck), signaling that they’re closed at 8:50 PM?!?!? Their front glass window has the closing hour posted as 9:00 PM as well as their website on Google!!!!!!
So, they not only lost a $10-$13 sandwich sale tonight, but they also lost my business for good! It’s VERY UNPROFESSIONAL that they would actually turn customers away early to get out of work 10 minutes before they’re supposed to. I don’t think that the franchise owner would approve of this or think that it’s cute or funny, like the workers did (the man was smiling as he was wiping down the meat slicing machine as I was knocking on the door and he and the woman worker were actually smiling and laughing perhaps at each other as got into my car).

This location used to be awesome. Now all I get is I’m sorry for the wait. They ain’t even busy now a days.
Today was worse because the lady at the counter kept pointing to the time in the ticket. As if they were waiting for the time to be correct and then make the sandwich.
There are a lot of other Jersey Mikes in the area don’t waste time with this one.

The more I have gone to this location, the worse the service and food quantity. My sandwiches used to be made perfectly each time in the beginning but lately, they have been really short on the meat portions while charging the same prices. This is unacceptable. I see a lot of other people have been experiencing the same thing so I’m happy I’m not alone on this. Take care of your returning customers. God does not like ugly.

If you want your order to be wrong go here. Once you tell them about the mistake the manager Suldan will tell you to kick rocks and they are not remaking it.
