Food was not heated. Staff said too late to heat it now. There were no customers, but she refused to heat up my sandwich.
Ambient noise was too loud and not enjoyable.
Sprite dispenser wouldn't work unless you pushed backward and sideways at same time.

I waited 25 minutes for the blandest sandwich ever, while listening to an awful AI generated band with songs about the American military at a volume that would have been adequate at a concert, but not a sandwich shop. And I paid $22 for this experience.

I've ordered a Cherry Coke on more than three occasions on all three times it tasted like dish soap. Whoever's cleaning out the machine is leaving dish soap residue or something and it's mixing with the fountain drink. Extremely unhygienic and dangerous! Will not be ordering a drink from this place again!

Never got my food… had to call the store to get a refund worst experience ever.

Delivery takes TWO HOURS. Not exaggerating. This is consistent.

Ridiculous wait, ended up having to walk away because I couldn’t wait an hour for a sandwich. Then they wanted me to pay for delivery, LOL! This location is not sanitary and honestly I’m glad it worked out the way it did because I was disgusted watching them make the food.

Was in such a great mood when I came in to grab several sandwiches for the family. Mr Mikal made my day!!! Great greeting, excellent knowledge of the sandwiches, and wonderful since of humor. Thank you Jimmy John's for still believing in customer service.

I love Jimmy Johns but I am giving this location a bad review because of a lady that works here. She had a bad attitude and was rushing through the order, while placing my order she rolled her eyes at me and proceeded to talk with a bad tone implying that I should rush and speak fast. I eat at this location at least once a month, and I even cater from here for various events throughout the year, but this alone is enough for me to take my business somewhere else. JJ can do better at matching their food quality with the quality of people they hire.

Very understaffed it did take some time. Bread was well done but I like that. Sandwich was very good.

The poor guy was the only one working but was very apologetic for the wait. I told him no big deal , ended up ordering online and told him I would run the store quick and come back. He included two free dessert items for the inconvenience.
I can appreciate someone trying to repair the slow service, I am sure it is not his fault that someone clearly did not show up for their shift.
