I’ve been to many jimmy John’s locations and they were absolutely phenomenal here! The service was SO quick, and everyone was incredibly nice. Jake was exceptional. For anyone that leaves a bad review, you most definitely have the wrong location! Thanks so much to the awesome jimmy John’s team!

I've been picking up lunch and dinner here probably a couple of times a month for a while, and I've never had an issue with one of my orders thus far. Very consistent, always seems pretty fresh, and I have liked most of the sandwich options and ways to customize that I have tried.

Love the #9 and you can get it as a lettuce wrap. We order online and it is always ready to pick up very quickly. Jacob is so kind and helpful. I forgot the other persons names but the place is so clean...caught them washing walls one day. Great staff and service.

Vegetarian options: My husband builds a veggie sandwich each time we get food here and he loves it!!

I had the absolute worst experience at Jimmy John's on Aug 1, 2024 at 8:20 pm due to an incredibly rude and aggressive employee (very dark skinned male). This individual was mean from the moment I walked in, making me feel extremely unwelcome. When I tried to address his attitude, he shockingly told me to "get out of his store." I've never encountered such unprofessionalism and hostility in my life. Avoid this place at all costs if you value being treated with basic respect and courtesy.

Don’t come here anymore, I was here Sunday night to get my usual Italian Sandwich and the guy that was here Sunday August 4th at 8:26pm, was the worst ever. Not to put my feelings but facts: had the worst attitude and condescending. I ask him for his name and he didn’t wear his badge and didn’t want to tell me and wow, really wow. I love Jimmy John’s every time over any other subs because of service and Hellman’s Mayo. I will never buy Jimmy John’s ever again because of this guy. Jersey’s Mikes will take care of you !

Not fast. Placed order 25 minutes ago. Expect it to be another 10 to 15 minutes. They are back up at least 20 orders. Very sad. Last trip to this location for a while

I was there yesterday afternoon
The guy that was at front “jacob” took my order i asked him for a sandwich that was in the picture on the menu he say he didnt know what i wanted or what i was asking for “i dont know what that is ma’am we dont have that in the menu” even though it was on the picture this is not the first time me going to this place i really like it alot but its going to be my last.
I felt so descriminated bc my accent is different from theirs and he say he couldn’t understand what i was saying i dont know if this place its just for people that are born here “america” and us the hispanics are not welcome there but if thats the case yall should put a sing that we are not welcome there just bc of the different languages we speak. This guy should not be cashing people out specially if as soon as we walk in he is going to look at us different just because.
We are not asking to get things for free we are paying for the stuff we buy. You should be a little bit more kind.

ordered delivery, said it was delivered 30 minutes earlier than it was actually delivered. Finally got my order and it was missing half of it.

I enjoyed catering for my students trip from this store all the morning crew was nice and friendly. My bread was fresh and payment can be made at the time of pickup . the price of the catering was worth it, with quality of the sandwich. The sandwich was not too big or too small . Thank you so much
