The order took a bit longer than expected but the shift manager was very polite and did communicate there would be a delay due to short staffing. The food was worth the wait. I will definitely be ordering from here again. Hopefully they get the staffing they need to continue and have great service.

Ok ! Let me first start by saying I love Jimmy John’s especially the little John! Today I try the beef fajita wrap… One and done! I felt like it wasn’t worth almost $10 and cold. I will stick to the sandwiches! … good customer service !

It took almost an hour to receive my food when I work 5 mins from the location. I was told they have a new driver and she is probably lost but I got no apology or anything due to the inconvenience. That’s not ok when it’s supposed to be freaky fast delivery. Do better Jimmy Johns.

I rarely write reviews but this one has been long overdue for this location specifically. Of the 15-20 times I have visited this location I can honestly say that one or two have been good experiences. Notice I didn't say great....just good at best. Only reason I continue to go to this location is for convenience to my home. Just like all other JJ franchises this one has "freaky fast" signs posted through the restaurant. However, these should be removed from this location because it is not an accurate representation of the quality of service provided. I have not had a pickup order through the JJ's app started before I have walked in 5-20 minutes later with no other customers present. The last order of a slim with two ingredients (meat and cheese) to my surprise was missing cheese when I opened at home. So at least the order was half right. On another occasion I ordered two different sandwiches with instruction to leave off lettuce and tomato on one which seems like a pretty common request so I thought. Once again to my surprise the orders were mixed up, wrong meat/cheese, and extra of both items mentioned on each sandwich. Last but certainly not least, a delivery order was dropped off 30 minutes late with someone else's order in the bag. It is shocking how frequently the staff at this location struggle to maintain the company's service model. I write this review to hopefully get the service aspect corrected as the food remains great. Until the service issues have been corrected I will go out of my way to find another franchise to support. Good luck with fast or accurate orders at this location.

Not actually open until 10pm. Not friendly about it either when you show up at 9pm looking for a sandwich. Avoid this location, poor reflection on the other locations nationwide

I should have probably read the reviews about this Jimmy John’s... it’s about to be an hour since I’ve placed an order. I appreciate the call from the driver letting me know how far he was. But an hour waiting for supposedly “freaky fast” delivery. Yeah right.

When freaky fast delivery takes an hour an a half for a store 6 minutes away for two sandwiches that take 3 minutes to make, you know something went wrong. Called up to find out that they called their driver back, who was OUT DELIVERING MY FOOD, to the store because they had another order come in for the same area. The one who answered said it made no sense for him to drive (6 minutes away) to deliver food and then come back and have to drive that way again. Your literal slogan is freaky fast deliveries how does that turn to 1.5 hours? Highly disappointed in their time management. Food was great. Luckily not a warm sandwhich.
