Lady added a drink to my order without my knowledge. So instead of doing her job and giving me a refund she offered me another bag of chips or cookies. I said ânoâ and I check my bag later she threw it in there anyway just to avoid giving me a refund for charging me for something I never asked for.
Sheâs so lazy she couldnât cut my sandwich or put mustard on it like I asked her to. Just bottom of the barrel workers that refuse to take any initiative.

This is the best Jimmy John's I have ever been to. The food, customer service and the atmosphere i was really vibing with the manager Benny. If you get a chance come see him. You won't regret it.
First time I stopped at this location for lunch. I was not disappointed at all. It is so hard to find a good tuna sandwich and theirs was by far the best I've had from a chain sub restaurant. No more going elsewhere for my sandwich, I'll come back for sure!

This location is AMAZING!! The person that took my order at was amazing and patient with my questions and customization of my food. I was using a birthday reward and the person that gave me my food SANG HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!! I FELT SO SPECIAL!!! It may not have been much to them (if it was 2 people) but with the week that I have been having (and its only Tuesday), it was EVERYTHING to me!!! I always have a good experience at this location but today was something special. Thank you ladies!!!
