Veggie sandwich is amazing !

Food was good but not incredible like it usually is from Jimmy John's. I asked for peppers, onions, and extra tomatoes to be added to my tuna sandwich, and they added them but only a small amount. Also the tuna/mayo mix seemed flavorless.

Made an order via app, this past Saturday. Took over an hour, i cancelled it about 45 minutes into it, ordered door dash and door dash still beat jimmy johns here. Asked not to be charged. Still got charged, with the tip included. This owner must suck that he can not maintain his employees!!!!

I placed a large catering order for pick-up. I was so impressed with the way Ashley & team were hustling. They were incredibly busy but remained cool & professional. They were a very well oiled machine. If it takes a few minutes before you get your food, you need to go inside and see the crew working their behinds off. They are working hard. The party boxes I picked up were so well received that I placed another order for the next day. Hats off to Ashley & team. You guys are amazing!!Dietary restrictions: Loved being able to order unwhiches in the party box!

Went inside to eat and escape the heat for a while. I got the sense that the guy working there wasn't too happy I came inside for my sandwich. But whatever, it's not like they have to be smiling all the time. Just the vibe I got you know.The sandwich had LOTS of tuna and cheese, price was definitely reasonable for the size of the regular tuna club sandwich and how much it had. It did fill me up. The problem is that I remembered this being a lot better than it was. I had not eaten at a JJ since probably before the pandemic. And today the bread tasted like styrofoam and the tuna barely had any flavor which makes me suspect that they are using soy protein as a filler.So meh...it did let me escape the heat and kill some time and hunger while waiting for my kid to be done with gymnastics, but it was utterly forgettable. I get it's fast food but even fast food should have some flavor.

I love Jimmy John’s but cannot stand this location. The people working there are extremely rude, the order is wrong almost every single time and the bread, which is the one thing this sandwich place has going for it, is often stale. And whatever you do, DO NOT order for delivery - you won’t see your food for hours. I don’t have any of these issues at any other Jimmy John’s location. This one is unique in its absolute awfulness. I avoid it at all costs.

To prevent customers from questioning the restaurant’s cleanliness standards: The employees should wear gloves at all times. Even at the drive through window. The owner/manager and staff know why I’m suggesting this. It is unsettling.

I have no idea who you have working at this location but turn off delivery orders if you guys can't pull together a driver to get the food sent out. I waited over an hour and never got my food and had to fight door dash on the phone for another 45 minutes to get a refund. And when you call this location it's a busy signal 24/7. Absolute ridiculous and I will never order from here again.

I recently made an online order for delivery, maybe a week or so ago. The delivery took around an hour, definitely not preferable, but chalked it up to a bad or busy day.Well, I decided to order again today, but the delivery took even longer, an hour and a half, plus there were missing items. So yeah, done with this location. If an order is going to take an hour and a half, at least get it right.

My only complaint about this location is they don’t use the pickup shelf for online orders. I’ve experienced this all ~5 times I’ve ordered at this location. When I arrive to get my order, I have to stand in line behind all the people ordering at the counter and then ask for mine, which is always ready and sitting behind the register. Online orders take 30 mins to fill and I have to drive to the store anyway…might as well order at the counter and get in in 2 mins.
