Appears to have been a victim of Covid. It's a shame as their food was awesome and seemed very authentic.

It wasn't terrible but it definitely is not somewhere I would recommend. It's far too expensive for the quality of the food you are getting.

Great lunch spot. Service was quick and friendly enough, but we did have to request simple things like silverware, sauces, and drink refills. I ordered off the menu, and the Jinbeh salad was fresh and delicious. The sashimi carpaccio was good too. The other 3 in our party had hibachi, and there were mixed reviews on that. While the portion sizes were generous, it was on the greasy side, which didn't sit well with everyone. Overall good for a quick business lunch and good for groups.

Came for Father’s Day hibachi with family. Food was ok. I think I like the location in Lewisville better. I don’t know why but the food taste better there. Service was good. Staff was friendly. I probably won’t go back. Maybe better for lunch.

Great food, just a little to high on price for the service and atmosphere.

Another great experience at Jinbeh, even in this pandemic time! Everything we ordered was delicious as always! Noted the restaurant was observing social distancing and all staff were weaing masks, even the chefs! Love this place and will return when we're in Las Colinas!

Jinbeh Las Colinas, is a very nice hibachi restaurant and sushi bar, with a very nice bar separating them. The beer and drink selection was excellent. The servers were professional and properly masked and gloved, in light of the current covid-19 situation. So, safety was an obvious priority. They made sure that there was good distance between our party and the parties on either side of us. My sashimi was good quality and well presented. And the hibachi steak was delicious. We will definitely go back and invite / recommend it to friends.

It was for a birthday and they didn't recognize the birthday. Service was so slow, we had 2 children and they didn't serve dinner for over an hour. For the price, I don't think I will return. The servers were friendly, it was just not the same.

In the middle of a pandemic this restaurant still gave helpful service over the phone and for takeout. Sushi and rolls were also satisfying!

One of best authentic Japanese restaurants in North Texas. Menu is extensive and dishes are full and satisfying. Servers are fast, efficient and personable without being intrusive. During reopening tables are spread for social distancing and all utensils and chairs are sanitized. Servers wore plexiglas visors as well as masks and gloves. We have always been steady customers and were glad to see our favorite restaurant back in business.

Chef was great, very entertaining. Waitress seemed put out, but she may have been the only one on a Saturday evening. Food was decent but not anything you can't get at a red lobster.
