Absolutely horrible customer service. I do not understand why this place is still in business. i’m usually not one to even make the time to make reviews like this, but I just had to because of the most horrible experience I had here and I was only in there for 10 minutes to pick up an order I made online. Atmosphere was horrible When I walked in there was smoke from the kitchen to the cashier who had absolutely no customer service experience other than her attitude.

Chicken were not hot. No desserts were available, such as cookies, etc. JR High school students came in, making loud noises and cursing in front younger children. Management didn't do anything to stop the ruckus.
I was comparing the chicken and it is super delicious. I recommend this store to the supermarket.

I came to the drive-through ordered a $10 special. And a $20 specialIt’s and their chicken nugget now I only thing I received was the four piece of chicken into individual sides. I come back to the store and I asked to speak to a manager and for my refund, they didn’t offer to fix anything or what not. I’ve been sitting here 30 minutes just spoke to the general manager. She tells me why don’t you just go to the KFC office story which is uncalled for She should’ve tried to fix my stuff from the get-go. I will never return here. I think it’s pretty ridiculous that I just received four piece of chicken and two biscuits and I still get charged full price for and did not receive my individual sides. The lady Norma should not be over the store and they need to train people there Here

Yes, I am here right now waiting 40 minutes for crispy chicken from the 4 piece 2 biscuit with mashed potatoes. The employees tried to get me to leave by telling me that I just needed to settle for the original or that they would punish me by making me wait 40 minutes. Sadly, I had to drive back 15 minutes because the 1st order was wrong. But guess what, I have 40 minutes to burn. I'm not even hungry anymore, its just the principle of the thing. This KFC is in a poor neighborhood, and they really give no care about the customer. Please understand that your 10.00 buys better quality in a neighborhood that makes more money. This KFC has had mediocre to horrible service since I moved here 7 years ago. This is America. Spend your money wisely. If no one ever reads this review I know that several people will share my sentiment. Shame on the owners of this franchise. But you and your employees are right... we can choose to cook or go somewhere else. This is America.

The employees here are very unprofessional and have no customer service at all! We ordered chicken tenderse, paid almost $40 to only get a 3piece chicken (not tenders). When we go up there to request the correct food or our money back, they refused. We ended up leaving without our food and no refund. I honestly don't know how this place is still in business!

Placed a to go order at 8:50 pm, they close at 11pm and after 1 hour of waiting for my food(delivery) I was informed that my order would not be made because they were out of chicken and would not cook anymore for the night over an hour before close. When I called I was informed that the manager is the one who told them not to cook anymore chicken. The guy on the phone was extremely unprofessional and I haven't received my refund yet. This location is a joke, says a lot about the management.

The AC is out. We placed an order for 6:45 pick up and waited 20mins for our food. They never even apologized for not making it. No gloves and unsanitary. Terrible working conditions. The place was flooding. Unbelievable. The city of Irving needs to come hold this place accountable. Never coming back here again.
