Closes earlier then advertised. I place an order at 11:15 for kfc and when I arrived at 1130 they told me they Dont have fries then she said kfc closes at 11 all because they didn't want to cook anymore fries!

Horrible experience today! We’ve been coming to this Taco Bell/kfc location for years but lately the service has been downhill. I waited almost 20 minutes for my food today!!! Not what I call fast food. I watched 4 cars behind me order and drive by before my food was ready. I went inside to be told fries are being made fresh. No apology, nothing! No thank you for coming, sorry for the wait, they handed me my bags and that was it. I didn’t even get a receipt until I asked for one. The lady was so rude when I initially ordered and asked her to repeat it. They forgot to grill my burritos too. Because we have been coming to this location for so many years I figured I would give them some time to readjust to the new staff or whatever is going on. But it seems they’re only getting worse last few times we’ve had mix ups in our orders or things forgotten Not to mention but thank you and sorry don’t seem to exist not what I called. Good customer service. the food is decent. We will definitely be taking our business to the other Irving location from now on. I do not recommend this location.

Worst Experience – Slow, Cold Food, and Lies
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I placed an online order thinking it would save time, but I was completely wrong. I still had to wait forever when I got there, and the staff acted like they had no clue about my order.
To make things worse, the food was cold and tasted terrible. On top of that, they flat-out lied about what they had. First, they told me they were out of chicken wings. Then, after some back and forth, they suddenly did have wings. But when I asked for a chicken sandwich instead, they conveniently “ran out” of that too.
The whole experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and a total waste of time. If you’re thinking about ordering from here—don’t.

CHICKEN WAS GREASY AND THE LEFT OUT MY SIDES.. THEY ALSO DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE.
Me and my husband spent $22 just to get a 3 pc tender instead of a 4 pc (which I asked for), cold, stale fries and some undone wet chicken. I called them back to back three times with no answer because I was trying to get out of the rain and made it home. From the looks of it, the night staff needs more training or be replaced. I really want my money back!

This KFC is disgusting, no one served us and there were people drinking with children of 1 or 2 years old and they laughed while we tried to enter, it's disgusting.
