I placed my order the night before to have it ready to pick up by 4:45. I was not able to pick it up until 5:20. When I talked to an employee about it, he left and told me to speak to the manager, when the manager delivered my order. I told her what happened and she did not care. Will not be ordering again nor coming back

Went to KFC/Taco Bell/ order two burritos and the fat Mexican at the window was rude and had a mouth on him this is the second time I have been there the first time he was rude I thought he having a hard day but again he can't speak English very well and the food was cold he needs to be removed

I went to get a kfc bowl with a lil xtra gravy . What I received was a bowl of gravy really no mashed potatoes or cheese then I paid for xtra chicken also it was not fresh . I tried to call back for like 20 minutes because she didn’t give me a receipt. It’s a reason I don’t go here anymore . Customer service and pride in food has gone to hell and a hand basket it pays to cook at home and it’s only gonna get worse before it gets better . That was my last time eating at that store I be better off driving to Lewisville KFC.

Ordered online in the app for delivery 16pc meal family. Was delivered but the guy handed me a bag with only biscuits, I told the dasher that’s not my order he left came back in 5 minutes (it took him 15 minutes to deliver) and says it was a system error he can’t do anything. I went to the store mind this I “payed 15$ for delivery” got to the store they told me my order hasn’t even went thru the system yet and that haven’t started on it. All in all had to wait another 10 min. Bill was 60$ plus personal gas another 10$ this pace is garbage don’t go here. You will get the same service.
