Yes, open to the public. Breakfast and Lunch. Food is fresh, delicious and fast. They have a good sized menu for a cafe and lots of snack foods. Very polite staff. Shame I'm just now finding out about this place. It's hidden in the courtyard though. Make your way to the courtyard through any of the various entrances and the cafe is on the North West corner. The only sign indicating it was there is a neon "OPEN" sign.
