Was hung up on, laughed at, my order never delivered. Was told 'this may sound messed up but once it leaves the store ain't nothing we can do'. While family struggle, $100 worth of groceries and I now have to wait 5 to 7 days for a refund? This was James and Sarah. After 10 calls to get someone to answer and an hour later, James finally figured it out and only after I prompted him to apologize he did. I am a grown woman that doesn't take to anyone yelling at me and he did with the reason.of him being in managment. If he would have actually talked to me and my son without yelling it would have been handled in 15 minutes. He said he was receiving stock and that is why he was raising his voice. Really? I will never go to that store again

The service was friendly, and not only did the pastries look appetizing, they tasted so. friggin'. good. They had a variety I had a hard time choosing from as everything looked like my next favorite. Definitely a hidden gem in Irving, and one that I'm excited to visit again soon!

Just a word of warning during COVID19: Friday's 4/03 order, confirmed ready by Kroger's Corp text and email Monday 4/06, is actually available for curbside pick up WEDNESDAY 4/08, but missing several items. Misinformation by KROGER Corp, not truly the stores fault. Keep up the good fight. ❤
