The bakery lady was rude twice in different occasions. Treat people bad and was not helpful.

Very disappointed of this Kroger they didn't had any eggnog so I ask one of the Kroger workers who works at dairy dpt . He told me eggnog sold-out I mean if you know people over to drink eggnog at this time of the year dont you will keep plenty in stock? How come they have plenty of beer everywhere in the store I just can't believe that.

I would like to give zero stars for the service I got the lady at the cake centre was very rude to me. I was there to order a kids cake, I am not a cake expert I was trying to get the cake I wanted I had few questions and the lady was so arrogant, had least patients with me. And the facial expression clearly showed that she was least interested to answer me. I dint feel good. Inspite if she begin rude I tried to talk good to her. But she still was rude to me, it felt disrespectful. I had to order because I dint have any other store that could give cake in short notice. But I would never come back to order.

The bakery staff at this location is exceptional. The quality of service warrants 10 stars. They went above and beyond to assist me in printing my custom cake decorations and the manager treated me like I was the only customer in the world. I am super impressed with this location, the staff, and the quality the offer.
