Food was not good, I felt the quality can be better. Place was decent and prices are bad for the taste and ambience. Just not worth it.

This place came highly recommended. The service was very attentive but the menu was super limited. Every other thing was not available due to not having someone to make it. To sit in the Mandi house, you have to order from the menu. The rice could be fluffier and moist, it was dry. But don’t get me wrong, the food was super yummy. Loved the atmosphere also.

The best Mandi I've ever had!! My husband and I visited Hashtag India on an influencer recommendation and we ordered the Juicy chicken mandi. I've been craving to eat an authentic mandi for many years and today I've tasted one of the finest, tastiest mandis ever. The chicken is juicy, tender, soft and cooked to to perfection. The gravy is very flavourful with aromatic spices cooked down to thick paste topped on the grilled chicken. (Probably tandoori chicken leg and thigh piece).I absolutely loved the rice. Grainy, light, fluffy, aromatic, delicate flavours and texture. The combination of these 3 components topped generously with fried cashew, raisins and cilantro along with boiled egg and salad was a feast to both our eyes and tummy. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and kept craving for more.We got the double which has 2 solid servings of chicken sufficient for both of us.The rice was a lot so we couldn't finish as we were stuffed to the brim already.Ambiance is lovely, authentic Arabian styled tents and the seating was great.Service is exceptional. Our server is very knowledgeable and recommended us to try this juicy chicken Mandi as we are first timers and it's their most popular. Glad we followed his recos. We will definitely visit again in our next Dallas trip. Until then I will keep dreaming and craving of this yumminess.

We had mandi dinner where they served a flavored rice in the name of biryani. No raitha and a "sweet"salan. Absolute was te of money. The mandi place was under construction and seating was on the floor. My ankle hurt the whole time I was there since it was a hard floor. Nothing close to customer service where no one asked if we needed something. They jus serve the plate and leave. I will not go back there for sure.

I recently visited Hashtag India restaurant in McKinney with high hopes of enjoying a delicious non-vegetarian biryani. Upon asking the server for a recommendation, I was advised to try the Ankapoor biryani. Excitedly, I placed my order and took it home to enjoy. However, upon opening the biryani, I was met with a nauseating smell that made me feel like I was going to vomit. Disappointed and concerned about the quality of the food, I immediately called the restaurant to express my dissatisfaction. Their response was simply, "We will replace it, please come back."Unfortunately, returning to the restaurant was not feasible for me as I had driven 25 miles to get there, and it was already late. The restaurant suggested refrigerating the biryani and bringing it back whenever I could return. The following day, they realized that I hadn't paid for the previous order, though I was unaware of this. When I offered to pay for the original order, they insisted on providing a new biryani at no extra cost. However, what troubled me was the lack of urgency in their response. It felt as though they didn't take my complaint seriously, as if they assumed I was lying about the quality of the food.Despite my reassurance that I had not tampered with the original order, they did not bother to open or inspect it. Eventually, I paid $21 for the replacement biryani, feeling disregarded and unimportant as a customer. My experience at Hashtag India left me disappointed and frustrated. I urge others to exercise caution when ordering takeout food and to inspect it carefully before leaving the restaurant. It's essential for restaurants to prioritize customer satisfaction and take complaints seriously to maintain their reputation and trust among patrons.

Worst maintenance, the staff doesn't care about customers at all. Don't spoil your weekend by coming here for a buffet, all you will witness is empty vessels, over occupancy, and rude behavior from the owner. The staff play hide n seek to avoid contd. questions from the customers..Never coming here... Food isn't any better... A big NEGATIVE!!!
