For two pastry today but they are very old and dry , I asked the person there specifically if they are fresh , she simply said all are fresh , but after coming home I see mango pasty is dry and hard and same with another butterscotch , only fresh made falood like items are good , don’t buy pastries to home ,specially if they say they are fresh .

I wanted to share my feedback. I ordered a chocolate cake from this shop for my sons’ birthday, but unfortunately, it was very hard and not fresh. This is actually my second bad experience with cakes, and I’m really disappointed, especially since it was for a special occasion. For the price I paid, I could have gotten two big cakes from Sam’s that would have been much better. I wanted to let you know because I expected better quality and won’t be ordering from your shop again.

Disappointing experience! I drove all the way from Rockwall for pastries, but when I got 5 that weren't fresh, I was let down. It's clear quality has slipped, and I'm not alone in noticing. For a local business, maintaining product quality is key. Unfortunately, this visit was a waste of time, gas, and money. Hopefully, feedback can lead to improvement.

Had worst experience with the birthday cakes multiple times I have had the worst experience with the birthday cakes multiple times at this place. The quality of the cakes has been consistently disappointing, and I have found myself dissatisfied with every purchase. It is unfortunate to see such a lack of attention to detail in such an important aspect of their business. I hope they can improve their offerings to meet the expectations of their customers. I would recommend reconsidering their cake options before making future purchases.

Nice flavors but menu needs revision. Tried dry fruit sundae and it’s bad. Just full of raisins. Tried Mava Badam milk shake and it’s so bad with dry and rough top badam peel. Black Forest cake is so I dry couldn’t eat.

We tried the falooda here and it was amazing it instantly brought back memories of India! We had the Paan falooda, and even though it was quite crowded and the ice cream had melted a bit, the taste was still really good. The place has vibrant lighting and so many varieties to choose from. Loved the overall experience!

I ordered a cake birthday here 3 days in advance and cancelled it on the same day before any work could have started. The staff first said they had to ask the owner about a refund, and the owner will call me, but the owner then later refused refund outright on call.

When I raised a dispute with my credit card company, the shop lied and claimed I picked up the order. Even worse, they fabricated a fake receipt after the fact — adding “all sales are final” even though at the time of payment I was given no receipt at all. They had only written my order and phone number in a notebook.

This is not just bad customer service — it’s dishonest and misleading business practice. Be very cautious before handing over your money here

**Styrofoam in falooda Warning**
Kwality is only in the name. Ordered pista falooda and the order was delivered in 1 minute.
Worst thing is there was a tiny styrofoam in the falooda and I Almost ate it. It can be easily mistaken for nut. Can find the difference only after chewing. Styrofoam is poisonous.

Never going there ever again and never will recommend to anyone.
