I've had food from other locations before the food has always been amazing. We order the Coreano with a side of onion rings, El Jefe with a side of onion rings and the Cali sunshine with a side of string fries. They were all cooked perfectly all the veggies tasted fresh! This is one of our favorite burger places, also the lady at the front counter is super nice and welcoming its always nice to be greeted with a smile.

So I walk in me and my son first time going . The guy from the back finally came up to the front . No how can I help you , How are you, Absolutely Nothing. I finally said something to him regarding the menu and he was so rude about . I was asking questions about the food (first time going ) Giving one word answer . I finally told my son let’s go !!! I could not believe it but now I understand why it was only one customer in the restaurant..

Man, I was constantly getting my burger fix and McDonald’s and Wendy’s down the street. Didn’t even realize this place was here…smh. I love fast food but this is another echelon, baby. Do yourself a favor, drop what you are doing, come here right now and get this funky burger and tots. Pictured: K town burger and tots - k style. Oh yeah, a delicious shake too. ?‍?

Where's the Korean style? Where's the meat? Pink? It was all burnt haha. I enjoyed the soda machine more than the actual food. Overpriced felt like I was eating my own paper money. Haha very sad.

I love LA Burger. My usual location is on I90 and Old Denton. However, as this location is closer to my work, I used to come here quite a bit. It's a been probably a year or more since I've been able to make it to this location, but I went today and took some friends to introduce them to the amazement that is LA Burger.

At this location, the food quality has decreased, the burgers were overcooked, the onion rings were over cooked. The place was in serious disarray, and the service was less than impeccable... all which I am *not* used to from this place.

They painted over the beautiful mural, the furnishings were battered, some chairs still stacked on tables (at 1pm in the afternoon on a Friday), wobbly tables, the usual table accessories (napkins, spices, condiments) were absent, and the tables were dirty. Again, not used to seeing that in this place.

It was clear there were only 2 people working there, the lady upfront and the cook in the back. *Not their fault*. I know some management are not keeping enough people on duty and low-balling their pay, so management makes profit.

So, thankfully, they weren't very busy.

I usually rave about LA Burger to everyone for their tasty and unique menu. Best onion rings ever. However, this location will specifically not be on my list of recommendations anymore.

Management here needs to re-up it's game if they don't want to close the doors on this location.

So, guy making money at the top at that location, step it up.

Food is exceptional delicious details is necessary in how it is cooked. I always eat well done. This time got little red but not my preference I did eat burger and when I got to last two bites is when I realized it was not well done. But their food never disappointment I have almost tried every burger except holy smokes and one other that has egg on it.

Don’t be fooled by the 4-star and 5-star reviews. We were excited to visit the LA Burger location on MacArthur Blvd in Irving, Texas as 1st time customers. It was definitely an experience we will never forget.

On 8/8/24, this location was not crowded with only 1 customer present upon arrival. We were greeted by an employee that wasn’t well groomed and admitted to being new to the establishment. We ordered our food at 7:45pm. Being curious about the no high fructose corn syrup beverage offerings, I asked for a sample. Unfortunately, the beverages were flat with no carbonation after trying several selections. Upon returning to my seat while waiting on our order, the sour smell of dated mop water was rampant. Yet, we remained patient.

After 45 minutes of waiting, we approached the cashier and asked for the status of our order. The cashier’s response was they were wrapping it up. Five minutes later, the cashier inappropriately displayed unchecked exasperation in front of waiting customers.

After experiencing extreme delays and witnessing a lack of professionalism, we requested and then received a full refund. We left and will not be returning. For the record, no manager came forward to address the issue or ask why we requested a refund.

10/10 they have super good burgers, I got the west coast burger and my husband ended up with the turkey burger and he said it was perfect. The kimchi is super good.

We were really looking forward to trying this place but when we showed up at 8:30 pm on a Friday night (30 min before closing), the chairs were already up on their tables and they said they were doing to-go orders only. I could understand if we showed up at 8:45 or 8:50 but this isn't mentioned anywhere on their website. We walked out. Food could be good but staff seemed ready to run out the door and they lost our business. Didn't go out of my way to be left eating our food in the car or eat standing outside a strip mall in the heat, especially when I'm 7 months pregnant. Complete waste of time.

This place has gone rally downhill lately. Cashier on their phone and picking their teeth while working in a food establishment and not being very attentive and very careless about what’s around them almost like they just don’t want to work there. It’s a shame that this place has been run down like this because I remember this used to be an area that prioritizes on great service and food. I was doing a DoorDash order during my visit and this was my experience

Stop putting cheese on everything. You can charge people more for cheese instead of just automatically putting it on everything. I think my drink had cheese in it. We are America and we are fat, but not everyone wants cheese on their food.

Also your employees can’t listen. Shame on me for assuming your employees can follow simple request regarding a food order. I guess it’s back to McDonald’s.

What happened?!? This used to be one of my favorite places to recommend to others, but no more. Perhaps the fault was mine for interrupting the server's text messaging but most of my order was wrong. I took my tacos back to get replaced, when I told her I would not be paying to replace the incorrect order, she took the incorrect food to the back where she hid, ignoring me and the driver that came to pick up someone else's order. I hope this is not the family owned restaurant it started as because they would be ashamed to see the squalor & poor service running the place tonight.

I ordered today thru uber eats. The meat tasted bad. I even had a co-worker that swears by la burger to try it and he agreed it didn't taste right. Had a buy one get one free but they both went in the trash. But I will say it looked good.
