New Management is Toxic - Wife left a personal item after a Christmas Dinner, I called and spoke to a manager about finding anything, that was a mistake.I wanted to know if anything was found or if they had a lost-&-found. His response was rude and his tone was borderline threatening. I can't tell if he thought I was accusing his staff but his response that "it's not his responsibility to keep track of his employees" was all i needed to understand about his accountability.After talking with other businesses/friends in the area it sounds like this isn't unusual for management/staffTo review the food:Steak was Dry, veggies were under cooked and the bartender said they didn't have what was needed to make an Old Fashion?

It is aptly named - as you look out all of the twinkling lights do give the ambiance of a starlit sky.Wear your walking shoes because I fumbled around for quite some time looking for the club, there was no signage or anyone around to get directions from once inside. I had no idea it was located in the tall middle tower until I happened to bump into someone going to the club as well.

Great views and good food! I was invited to eat lunch here with a friend who is a member of the club. The service is fantastic and friendly. The food was really delicious and the recommendations from our server were spot on and extremely helpful.Above all, you don't get many other views this pretty.

I have been a member of La Cima for many years…actually a founding member. Always have boasted about the service and excellent staff that is what happened to me was so surprising and disappointing . I had made reservations for 4 as I was bringing guests. I was very specific about when I needed the reservation, in fact started the conversation asking what nights they were open for dinner.I chose Monday night 5:30. When I arrived it was closed. They do not have dinner on Monday. I spoke with a young lady who was cold as fish and could not be bothered. She had to have heard us scrambling on the phone for another place for dinner. I am not familiar with the area any more. The manager jus left. Walked right passed us without even acknowledging our presence or situation. Just left us standing there! The lady we spoke to earlier went about her business like we’re’t there. I was embarrassed in front of my guests who heard me rave about the club. The following day I received a message from someone apologizing. “Very sorry this happened to you.” I can’t imagine any other restaurant not offering even a glass of wine for my trouble. What happened to that personalized service I once received from caring, professional staff. Founding member be damned. This is not the same caliber club it once was!

The food sounds delicious! Unfortunately, I was unable to try it.We waited almost 40 minutes just for the server to take our food order so we were already a bit irritated. After taking our order, she walked around to every other table before going to the POS to submit to the kitchen. I looked at my watch and after 10 minutes of her talking to 3 other tables, we decided to leave.My husband had to follow her through the restaurant just to tell her not to put our order in and pay for our drinks.She annoyed because she had to “cancel” the order that hadn’t even been submitted.When I asked her to validate our parking, she complained about having to be the bartender (she wasn’t), the server, and the host. Saying she should have quit when everyone else did. At this point, I had had enough and assertively, but still politely, told her that we noticed how long it was taking her to put our order in because she was talking to the other tables first.When my parking was validated, she said “it’s done” as my validated ticket “accidentally” dropped to the floor and she just walked away rolling her eyes.I understand she was irritated, but making excuses and telling a customer you should have quit when everyone else did is absurdly unprofessional.The table next to us also mentioned how poor the service was. I hope they finally got their food.If the situation had been handled better by the server, I wouldn’t have bothered to take the time to post this. We weren’t even angry until the server’s reaction to our leaving. She could have just apologized or simply said nothing at all. Her unprofessional reaction is what pushed me to share my experience.Great views!

The new Club is very nice, huge improvement over what it used to be! The staff was very friendly and our server Damian was polite, professional, fun and very attentive! The food was delicious! We had a wonderful dining experience! Highly recommend!
