My husband I waited for 10 minutes to be seated and the host never showed up. The restaurant was empty except for one table. We could hear the staff conversing and laughing but no one came out to check on the table already seated or to see if new customers were there. We left as we thought if the restaurant was good they would have more customers or at least be more attentive. Overall disappointed in their service or lack there of.

Came to try this place after hearing good reviews and praise from the City of Irving. Upon entry there was no one at the front desk. There was only one group in a booth but the entire restaurant looked empty. My wife and I waited for 5 minutes and figured staff may just be caught up. Another 5 minutes went by and still no sign of anyone. We heard laughter in the kitchen and that honestly gave us a bad impression. I think it’s general courtesy to have at least one person watching the front in any kind of job. I can see why the restaurant only had one table served.

Nestled in a shopping center La Margarita offers good food and a really good margarita. Entrees are 12 to 18 dollars, service was great.
Don't let the shopping center give you the wrong impression this is a good place to eat.
A new favorite - food, presentation and service - all top-notch. I will be coming back - so many more entrees I want to try.
