Fantastic. We shared a 90 day aged ribeye and it was phenomenal. El Posto cocktail was unique and delicious. Lobster pasta very rich so made it also a very sharable dish. I can't imagine eating a whole bowl. Steak tartare had good flavor, but was a little over ground. Chrystal was our server and she was delightful. We will definitely be back.

Good was very good, service was lacking. An example... our waiter gave us dessert menus. Didn't come back to get our order. lol missed that sale. He wasn't very attentive and we felt that way from the moment we checked in with the hostess

I recently ate at Knife Italian Steak with a party of 8. Our server, David, did a tremendous job attending to us. He explained the various options on the menu and pointed out several highlights. His knowledge of the menu and his attentiveness really made a standard business dinner feel like a special occasion.

My wife enjoyed her Pasta Bolognese Previously I have had and enjoyed their Lobster tail, and dry aged steak. (60 days, 90 days or 120) Typically I am not a fan of dry aged steak, but I found all of the options delicious. They are very proud of their wine with a lot of option marked up 3 to 4 times retail. However there are deals to be found. I was very happy with our $100 bottle, that had a more reasonable 2.5x markup. I also appreciated the wine was served at proper temperature. Do wish they would publish the list online and keep it current. It is quite extensive and would be nice to have time to review before hand. For the atmosphere, quality of food and staff the evening was quite a value.

I wanted to take an old friend out for a nice dinner in an environment where we could catch up and make some plans for the future. Knife Italian was the perfect spot! Our waiter, David, was fantastic. He explained the in-house dry aging process and helped us pick a great steak. From appetizers, to drinks, to dessert, everything was delicious...and David's service put the evening over the top!
