Oh, Adam F. . . .Adam, our server, was a treasure last night. I had four guests with me at Tesar's new restaurant on the Ritz Carlton LC's property (formerly the Four Seasons), and we were consistently delighted by every course we shared.A family-style, sharing experience for many of the larger dishes, Knife Italian is, according to Adam (oh, Adam . . .), an interpolation of Tesar's family recipes mixed with modern cuisine's many techniques and presentations. Fear not, however: none of the foods were inherently "new," but really tweaked representations of classics. We had the following menu after the amuse bouche of fava beans and aged balsamic dressing:Kingfish with mussel bearnaise and caviar (light and delightful) Burrata salad (while burrata is great, it really was the tomatoes here that shined)Charcuterie board (tasty and varied)Potato gnocchi with shaved truffles (a MONSTER, and, all things considered, the table's favorite for the night)Eggplant parm (mine's just as good *sigh*, but almost reaffirming in its simple, flavorful preparation)120-day aged ribeye (essentially, a smaller take on bistecca fiorentina, and very satisfying)All were tremendous dishes with great skill in preparation. I was a little disappointed in the wine menu, but it's just been open for three days. While they had some fine selections, I would greatly encourage the ownership and the sommelier (a delightful, young professional who was acquiescent enough to chat about a common acquaintance we shared) to explore getting some Sicilians, Sardinians, and other wines on their menu.In summary, a really lovely night of food, warmth, and drink. I'm returning in the not-too-distant future to sample different things and recall some faves from last night's bacchanal. Also, Adam's the man.*update your Google profile, KE . . . menu options in the review don't correlate to your menu.Vegetarian options: Ask the server.

The food was overpriced and absolutely terrible. Mashed potatoes tasted like instant mashed potatoes, $12 bread appetizer was six small rolls, crab cakes were 90% corn meal and disgusting, steaks were over cooked. Absolute rip off for over $100pp.

Our server was Alexis. She was fantastic and did an outstanding job for our brunch. She has a great personality and made our dining experience an A+. One issue my party and I experienced was that your restaurant stopped breakfast at 11:00 a.m. Since this was the first time we had brunch at your establishment the buffet was all that was available. For the amount of money, there are competing restaurants in the Las Colinas area that offer a wider selection of foods at cheaper prices. Also, your menu should clearly clarify that breakfast stops at 11 a.m., and only the buffet is available (again so expensive for such a short selection).

Nice environment but the food is just ok. I had a salad with three pieces of grilled Shrimp and it was totally overpriced ($40) and the dressing was not special either. Will not return for the food.

The price is high but the experience and quality of the food is great. I recommend you to try it when you’re in Dallas area ❤️Me and my husband enjoyed the breakfast, drinks, foods they served… and don’t forget to try their desserts

My friend and I had dinner on Wednesday August 30th, 2023.Place is nice, on site attention great (post service not so much). We opted for vegetarian options. The server and manager has informed us that new dishes were available and that the launching date will be on September 1st, however those items were already on the menue and actually it was the recommendation made.I had a dish from the regular vegetarian menu and my friend followed the recommendation and ordered a dish from the new menu. She started feeling sick the same day and after even going to ER she is still today having the symptoms of the food poisoning. The next day of the dinner she called to the restaurant to inform and request the related meal batch was disposed of to prevent more people to get sick. She was told that they'll call her back, but no further calls, attentions, feedback nor contact has been made.Mistakes can happen but they way you react to them is what makes the difference.

The food was super basic. For the price is not worth it at all. I would rather eat somewhere else and get my moneys worth. The staff was lovely, Rene was super courteous. Very friendly and invited us back. Rene made the bad food almost worth it.

Overpriced and my meal wasn't very good. No sides with a $62 piece of fish that had very little flavor. I thought it was just me until I spoke to another guest who seemed to have the same experience.

Absolutely delicious. Has a high price point but the preparation of the food was amazing. The fried pimento cheese popper was fantastic. We sampled some of the desserts and enjoyed a cold martini and glasses of wine. The ambiance is beautiful and you look out on the grounds of the resort. Lovely time

Great food, great service, limited menu, and quite overpriced. The dessert we ordered was strange and was served in a large hollowed out piece of ice. The food was very good but there are far better options in DFW for a fraction of the price.
