Fast service don’t know why it’s always empty when it’s so good

Came here for the first time and the experience was not great at all. The server had to be the worst part of it she didn’t give out her name but has a heart tattoo on her left arm if you see her . First she got my order completely wrong , she forgot to let the cook know that I didn’t want any of the seasonings into my boil and wanted it on the side . when brought out I immediately noticed the seasonings was in the boil and not on the side I mentioned it to her and she looked at me and said “I can bring you more on the side” …. Like that’s not what I ordered or wanted but ok . And on top of that she added corn I didn’t ask for into my boil . Again since she clearly messed up the order I let the corn part go too ,which I paid for to not complain again. And she also didn’t check up on us once and no one had a refill during our whole time there (6 cups were empty) . Would not recommend this place .

It's incredible how in a state where there are more Latinos there isn't someone to answer your call in Spanish, what's the point of the food being good if there is very bad customer service!! Very bad experience! They couldn't take my order just for the simple fact that I didn't tell them in English, very inefficient!!!

First time here. Walked in and it smelled very old. Got seated in an undesirable location in the walkway, and never received any service for about ten mins. Including my party of 3, there were 4 tables there. We stopped a lady walking by and asked if she could get our server. She came back and was the server. Took our order and was exerting uneasy energy. The crab legs were undercooked, egg was not fresh. It tasted like a pre boiled egg from Walmart. Will not be returning.

COCKROACH INCIDENT. I’ve been here maybe 10-15 over the last few years and today was the last time I’ll ever go. I brought my friends here for the first time and a cockroach fell from the ceiling and landed on my arm. I jumped up and knocked it off screaming and no one from the staff came over to check on us. My friends and I went to the front to pay and they refused to comp my meal. The table behind us screamed when they saw the roach on the floor and the waitress ran over to step on it and wouldn’t move her spot until we left. When I called to complain to the manager he said “damn that’s crazy. Hope you have a better day.” Nasty place with horrible service!!! Save your money and go to kicking crab in Carrollton.

We came here last night, nearly empty restaurant- 5 tables tops. It took almost 1 hour to get one bag and one steak. My steak and grilled shrimp had zero flavor. The menu says it is severed with mashed potatoes and I was delivered unseasoned home fries. My in-laws soup was delivered 20 minutes before our meal so unfortunately they ate cold soup. For 2 bowels of shrimp soup, one steak, and one bag of ONLY shrimp we paid $136. I know the market value for steak and shrimp is not that high. Do not come here!
