Employee of little Caesar are so Rude and insane they should be fired immediately from their jobs. (Today I'm going to pick up an order from Uber Eats. I'm new to food delivery. When I went to the store, I asked the crew member to take an Uber. I gave them a name. I told them the employee. I saw two people working on the customer service frontline. When I asked about the pickup order, she told me that she didn't know if the food was coded and inside the she told me she didn't know if the food was coded and I asked her please take out of from freezer She replied that I can't help you and she ignored me. I waited there 1 hour 30 minutes and I called order person and uber eats customer support and after that i left I'm felt bad and frustrated irritated.

Abhorrent Experience! Manager (blonde hair hispanic female) is rude unwilling to help but overall thinks she owns Little Caesars.
Today as usual I go and order the lunch special at 4pm. I understand is between the hours of 11-2 but as far as I am aware you can always order it for a bit higher price. She said the button is gone to order it. So I go as directed to the app and placed my order. I was unable to locate to add jalapeños, so I asked her nicely to help me she refused. Then I told her to please ring me up for a topping to add them as I had already placed my order. She denied, so when order was picked up I was surprised and mad that she took her pride and did not add the jalapeños!
I love this location, but managers like her is what makes customers think twice before going inside!
This is the second time I have had a problem with her but today she crossed the line.
Is she the owner or manager? Because she tells customers she is the owner. Regardless of who and what position she holds, this is not the way to treat customers. If she did that to me I am sure she does it to everyone else!

So I came to buy a pizza with my son and I had only 100 dollar the manager told she can't take it I told why she told me if u don't like leave or she was going to call the cops I guess Little is becoming like our government and not only that the previous customer was treated worse sad that Dominos doesn't care for the people that keep them in business she has no customer service
7:55 CT MANAGER at this location was already giving attitude to other customer. Make me wait when my order was ready. I politely ask her if I can get my order and make a exhaustive noise . Like she i didn't just do her a favor and get my food. Then she try to check me if I had taken a soda for free like she couldn't check the order and assume I was stealing. Ask her for information on corporate and tell me to get out abd that corporate won't do anything.

Are you serious? “ most pepperoni” are arranged on the outside perimeter of the pizza. The pepperoni supposed to cover the entire pizza.

The food is always good but customer service is not. Jannet M passed out all the orders of people that ordered after me.
I told her I ordered before that person. She gonna say oh it's coming out. It should have came out 5 customers ago. Just got a pepporoni pizza that should have been ready. Y'all know how long y'all can keep them in the warming oven. Please do something about the customer service at that location.

In town for a child’s drs visit and got there 7 minutes before closing I normally don’t go to places that late but the kids were hungry and it was closest to our hotel, door was locked open sign was on but lights inside were off employees were just standing and leaning around. Ridiculous and lazy. As someone that was a former general manager there you are supposed to remain open until the actual closing time. Got back in my car and took pictures because it’s your job if you don’t want to do your job then find another one.

I came in to order and they said no bills over 50 , went to get change next door for change and came back order my wings and lady at front said rude we are no longer taking wing orders was not even 10:15 pm
