I just wanted to say that service is amazing and Armando is probably one of the best bartenders I’ve met! Thank you Armando for your continuing service!

I met a buddy here both times we came in, the bartenders were just straight-up rude. First we had James, then later we got Carlos. At that point we just gave up on it and headed across the street to the dive bar instead.
Craziest part is, you’ll even see Ritz staff from the bar over there getting hammered!

Came for a lovely tea experience and had a great time on Galentine's Day! The wait staff was excellent and made the experience feel quite special.

The staff was very nice and the ambience was nice but for the money, the food wasn't worth it. The food looked lovely, but the taste was lacking and there wasn't enough of it.
Worst holiday ever....extremely slow service, food took over an hour to arrive, very rushed and disorganized...over priced and terrible management....waited 20 minutes in line for a table.....

Worst holiday tea ever....extremely slow service, food took over an hour to arrive, very rushed and disorganized...over priced and terrible management....waited 20 minutes in line for a table.....called me at nearly 9pm saying they wanted to charge more for a few drinks they forgot to add to tab...so unprofessional and awful
Tea With Santa at the Ritz – an unexpectedly stressful experience We were excited to attend Tea with Santa at the Ritz, especially because we were there to celebrate our daughter's birthday. We mentioned it during booking and it was written in our reservation, yet no one acknowledged it when we arrived. Unfortunately, the experience was stressful from the start. We were first seated at the wrong table and then asked to move. The chairs at the new table weren't set correctly, so those had to be switched out as well. Even after settling in, things continued to go wrong. We were missing a teapot for our group of five, and the teapots had tea leaves all over the top. Our server didn't seem to remember who ordered what tea, so the wrong teas were given to the wrong people. The food service was also disappointing. We received incorrect savory items, only two pieces for a table of five, and then just three sweet items for five people. Nothing was presented or explained—it was simply placed on the table and left, which is surprising for the Ritz and for an experience that's supposed to feel special. We eventually spoke to the manager and things were corrected, but by then the experience had already become unpleasant. Having to correct such basic service at the Ritz—on our daughter's birthday—was extremely disappointing. This ended up being our first genuinely terrible Ritz experience, which was not what we expected from a place known for impeccable service, especially for a celebration.
I loved playing mahjong was a little disappointed in the food sandwiches were great didn't understand the Asian food for high tea, loved 2 of the desserts I guess I was expecting more high tea, scones etc. but loved the concept
It was a great event. The finger foods, tea and champagne were all delicious and the making was so fun.
Seating was separated at each end of the bar for novice and experienced Mahjong players. No socialization was possible. Servers were inexperienced but friendly. Had to ask for tea several times. steamed items served well after sandwich and dessert tower. The Hosts were very nice. It was a fun experience and my friend and me enjoyed ourselves.

Fantastic event, the speciality chef and dishes were amazing, and the staff was great. The experience was very enjoyable
The food was OK, the crab salad was very good. However, our experience (both times) was marred by the bartender who was surly and condescending. Moreover, overcharged us for a drink - a $16 G+T went to $24 when he made it. Possibly used more expensive gin, but didn't bother to ask us first. A shame, because all the other staff at the hotel were lovely, but this guy was just plain rude.

Overpriced hotel bar. I thought a wagyu burger would be decent but hear me out, please order Whataburger delivery instead.
