Everything is top notch and everyone is on the top of their game. They have managed to make this elegant and modern bar feel like a relaxing, unpretentious place to hang out.The staff is incredible and make excellent cocktails, conversation, and atmosphere. The food is great and if I had my way I would spend every late afternoon/evening at this bar. Very well done!

We knew going into this trip that the hotel was undergoing a renovation, but we had no idea that the rooms had not been updated since the mid 80s? While the property is beautiful and the grounds are lovely, the un renovated rooms are not comfortable at all. While they do have renovated rooms, there were none available. Disappointing to say the least. When the property is listed as a Four Seasons (converting to a Ritz Property), one expects better luxury than this.

Wendy was awesome!! Such a kind soul and great person to talk to. I highly recommend this hotel and staff even though the pool is currently under construction. Upkeep is a necessity, def not a downside. It’s been a please hanging out.

The property is a little dated. The rooms are not as I expected, basic and dated. My room was clean but did not have the amnesties of a 5 star hotel and for the price I paid I expected more. The food at the restaurant (LAW) was average and the service was slow. The spa was great and the masseuse and locker room attendant were wonderful.

Fantastic venue for a wedding! Can’t say enough good things about this resort. The service was impeccable, the amenities amazing. We realise they will be undergoing a massive transformation in the coming year and they will soon be a Ritz Carlton property. We just hope they retain their excellent staff and the wonderful ambiance. So much to do here! Between the pool and the golf and tennis, gym and spa, there is something for everyone. Our room was large and had a tiny balcony overlooking the pool; bed was super comfy, pillows perfectly squishy. Towels were replenished in a timely manner……and an illuminated makeup mirror too! (The one amenity that makes it breaks it for me LOL) We really felt appreciated and pampered this weekend, so thank you.

Excellent! Stayed for one night. The rooms are large, clean, and well appointed. The service is outstanding with a staff who is very friendly and helpful. You can’t pass a staff member with out them saying hello or offering to help. It’s a lovely resort with golf and a big pool area. Concierge was excellent, especially Aaron (thank you). Conveniently located walking distance from a grocery store which is great for families or if you need something. We really enjoyed our stay, I highly recommend it.

This property was the old Four Seasons resort and now a Marriott Ritz Carlton. The front desk advised they will be undergoing a major renovation soon. Until then, even with rooms that are a little dated decor-wise, the property still provides a first class experience from room comfort and cleanliness to the friendly and accommodating front desk to their in-room dining experience. I made two separate last minute reservations and ended up with upgraded rooms both times. The front desk was really helpful with my late check out requests. In-room dining for breakfast was fresh, nice portions and able to make substitutions with ease. If you need to be in Irving, TX for work or pleasure, this is still the place to be for a stay with a nice touch of luxury.

Ownership changed from Four Seasons and the spa was terrible. More expensive, diminished services, and all electronic devices are banned, even a kindle to read a book. They just want you to pay and leave, vs the Four Seasons encouraged you to enjoy the locker room, have lunch, and relax. Not the new ownership! They don’t have a clock, but don’t dare look on your phone for the time. Plenty of other spas in this area who treat their customers better.

We booked a special rate which included a $200 spa credit per night. At check out there was some confusion and we were not given the credit. After going back and forth, were assured it was corrected and we would be emailed the receipt. The next day we received it and we were still charged the extra $400. We have tried multiple times to reach someone and have not been able to do so. Do not leave without the receipt in person. Otherwise the resort was dated, but nice. Beautiful grounds. We usually stay at the Crescent and really thought we had found a new place but with the dishonesty on the charges we will not be back.

So I recently discovered that this location is no longer Four Seasons, but I hope that they kept the restaurant because it was phenomenal. I remember eating here some time back and the service and ambiance were amazing. The food and drinks made our trip memorable.

I was so pampered by Omar, the front desk manager, Kim the concierge, Tolga, the room manager, Marcus, the front desk manager, Andres at the front desk. I spoke to Todd Morrow, the General Manager, who was tremendously gracious. I appreciated the valet staff, Louis, at the concierge desk and every person that I interacted with! We were tremendously pampered and so spoiled by our stay! We even had a Christmas tree in our room and wine and snacks. It was beyond our expectations. I hope that this review goes through as I have had difficulties. I came for a staycation with my son. I have been coming here to this resort for staycations for 35 years!

I booked the hotel through the Four Seasons and then found out that ownership had changed. It was to be a staycation for 2 nights over Christmas when my son was visiting. I was concerned when I learned that it was now a Marriott. I spoke to Marcus, the front desk manager and he assured me that it was to be a Ritz Carlton. I have traveled the world and stayed at Four Seasons and Ritz Carltons and always have been very pleased by the high standard of service. I can't wait to spend Christmas at the resort. My son and I always go to the holiday brunch when he is in town for Thanksgiving and/or Christmas. We are going at 11 am so that we can take pictures of the desserts before they are disturbed - they have high heel shoe desserts! Thank you Marcus!

Luxury golf The greens are challenging and the rough is difficult to hit out of but overall, its' a beautiful, challenging course. They have a nice pro shop with branded gear, convenient lounges, and a bar for apres golf. The valets are super nice and helpful. Golfers are greeted with cold cloths to wash their hands and they help with strapping clubs onto the cart. The carts are super nice with GPS that keep players on schedule. I love that the Marshall rides around the course to keep everyone playing at a steady pace. They also have bathrooms on the course, ball washers, and towels. The greens are super challenging so bring you're a game. If you love golf, you will truly appreciate this course. Hotel Experience My family stayed in the pool side villas, they had a few issues but overall the room and bathroom were nice and clean. One big problem is bugs; my daughter had a LOT of bug bites all over her legs from bugs in the room. Also, they rented a bed poolside but no one ever came by and took our drink order so we moved to pool chairs so the bed was a waste of money.
