As a frequent business traveler, I've experienced a wide range of hospitality standards. I rarely feel compelled to single out a hotel experience, however, my recent stay at the NYLO in Dallas was exceptional.
From the moment I checked in, Fatima at the front desk provided a warm and efficient welcome. The housekeeping staff consistently maintained a high level of cleanliness and attentiveness, ensuring my room was always well-stocked and comfortable.
The fun part: The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the service at the Loft bar. Evan and Darien demonstrated a level of professionalism and genuine hospitality that significantly enhanced my experience. Their attentiveness and engaging demeanor created a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
The NYLO's location, in the suburban Dallas area with convenient interstate access, makes it an ideal choice for business travelers. The consistent quality of service across all departments is a testament to the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. I commend the NYLO team for their dedication to providing a positive and memorable experience. I look forward to returning on my next trip to Dallas.
For a hotel restaurant, the Loft Kitchen and bar is pretty decent. You can’t go wrong with the food, and the drinks are pretty good. The decor gives this place a really cool vibe, especially around the bar area

Had an excellent lunch thanks for Judi, Eva & Laura! The Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich was perfect, and the atmosphere was modern but cozy and relaxing. I brought my laptop down to get some work done and the team was the perfect balance of attentive and hands-off. Though I’d planned to go elsewhere for dinner, I actually canceled my plans and went back to Loft and watched the games at the bar. Chris was fantastic and the Gobi Cauliflower & Lemon Pepper wings were outstanding. Strongly recommend this hotel and this team!

Located inside the NYLO Las Colinas Hotel, Tapestry Collection, the LOFT Kitchen is an on-trend eatery (and drinkery!) on the first floor. The exposed concrete motif of the hotel extends into LOFT. Even the bar top is cast concrete. The bar is a good 40 feet long, offering many seats for close-up viewing of any of the three big screen TVs.I had the house-made black bean and quinoa veggie burger. I opted to cut a few calories and have it served as a lettuce wrap sans mayo. It did not disappoint. At a time when it is all too easy to simply pull a veggie burger out of a box, nuke it, and serve it, LOFT did a solid by making something original. Two thumbs up.A full bar with adequate wine and craft beer selections made this a great place to spend an evening typing up this review and some work-related items. I wish I were staying a few days here.
Vegetarian options: Limited options, but sufficient! A veggie burger always gets the job done.

Before attending the Rockzilla Concert nearby, my friends and I went to the Nylo's restaurant to get a few drinks. The bartender, Ryan, was very quick and accommodating. Personally, I don't drink, so Ryan made sure I was hydrated. My other friends said their drinks were tasty and the perfect strength. Ryan was kind enough to top up my boyfriend's drink. He also gave us a side dish in the house which was incredibly kind! We greatly appreciate Ryan for taking care of us at the Loft Kitchen and Bar!!

Room was spotless. I cleaned before we brought the family in but honestly it wasn't needed. Jasmine at front desk was informative and a sweetheart.

They told me to sit wherever. Most of the tables were for larger groups, I was alone so I sat at a smaller table. Sat there for 20 minutes before someone told me that there was no service in that area and to move to another table. Sat alone at a table for 8. The burger was undercooked. They ended up giving me the meal for free after I complained. My room in that hotel had cockroaches so they gave me the room for free too.
I saw the reviews on here but thought o would give it a try anyway. Boy was I disappointed. I think it was the manager who sat us at a table then took our orders. I think that must have made the other waitstaff angry, because from that point on we only saw the manager twice more. He brought my salad and my dates' meal at the same time, then half an hour later my steak had still not arrived. Mind you, there must have been five or six other servers scurrying back-and-forth who just ignored us as we sat there with empty plates, and empty glasses. I finally had to call one of them over to get the manager, who was quite surprised that I didn't want the steak anymore. This place needs a significant attitude overhaul.
They were not prepared to confirm my OT reservation since their iPad was stolen. The host didn't even know they were set up with OT. I was eventually served by the host because the server couldn't handle the load. No manager or server ever approached me.

We sat outside at a table near the swimming pool. It was a lovely evening and the pool light was on giving a subdued glow and setting a relaxing mood. The salmon was perfectly cooked and the waitress was attentive to our needs even though they were quite busy.

We went for a weekend getaway. Arrived late Friday evening and the room was perfect - king loft. There was a Happy Hour Foundation going on Saturday in the bar/dining area but it was still very laid back and easy to get service. Down side was that we lost our waitress halfway through our dinner and had to get another waitress to check us out. My fiance and I will most likely return.
