First timer! Came in for donuts and the lady at the front was super nice and genuine! Donuts were fresh and delicious! It started raining hard while I was ordering donuts and she grabbed her umbrella and walked me and my donuts back to my car and kept us dry!! 5/5 quality of donut, 5/5 customer service! She went above and beyond the call of duty and I'll be back soon! Thanks Mac Donut lady!!

Just nasty, it's Saturday and they have no cream for the cream filled donuts. The donut holes were really dry. Nothing was fresh, like days old.

Donuts are fine but as soon as my niece and I walked through the door, she was blabbing on her phone right in front of a customer. Then she took another call a few seconds after. She was blunt and didn't seem like she wanted to be there. Not friendly at all. Lacks customer service. Won't be going here again. (First and last time). I'll drive 10 mins for better donuts and service
