I made an online order to the restaurant and reached the place around 9:30, but the place is closed and I really don’t know how they can be so irresponsible.When I reached the place, it was closed and the drive thru window has a paper stuck with something scribbled which is not even visible properly. On top of all when we called them, nobody answered the phone. A) I hope they answer the calls and also not take orders and MONEY when they cannot provide the promised service.B) it is really disappointing to have a restaurant with good food but horrible customer service and we are not able to get the money we paid!!! Writing this review just Because I’m not being able to communicate with the IRVING MTK and apparently PLANO MTK Doesn’t know anything about them but still they are also arrogant as IRVING MTK.

Never ever buy mutton biryani, quality is very bad. Mutton is not cooked, rice is not fresh looks prepared 3 days back. Not worth for $12.

great selection of food at affordable prices. Veg meals is a good choice, since we need to fill our bodies with veggies once a while. Staff are great too.

Good Experience. Food was Tasty. Tried the KP Egg, Arcot Chicken Biriyani and the Kari Idly Mutton. Service was okay.

Great food for non-veg lovers. Try pomphet fish with rasam, mutton biryani(which is very different and tasty)

Plano is far better then irving. Had mutton biryani and mutton was undercooked and almost like cork balls, very hard to chew.

Not good.Especially with the behavior of the cashier guy. He has a very horrible attitude, he don't even try to listen or give an eye-contact when we say our orders. Management has to change this guy from the cashier place, else they will definitely lose customers for sure.

Bald Cashier guy is Flirting with Lady Customers and asking for phone number. really??? is there anyone even watching the employees here?Food is Good but Over priced for a Self-service eatery. opening a Buffet service will improve the revenue drastically since you're in a great neighborhood.

I have to give 7 star. This place is 45 min away from me but when ever i can i always go here. They make great food and its authentic.
Really authentic. Loved the place. Service was really fast. Will definitely visit again. Would have given 5 stars if not for the biryani having more bones than mutton. Rice was flavorful and cooked perfectly.

The usual guy at the counter wasn't there. The new guy had an attitude and acted strange . I ordered Mutton Sukku and parrotta. The kitchen delivered the parotta in one of those steel plate . He just took the parotta in his hand and put that in a foam plate. He also touched my curry with his hand, took something out . I asked him if I can get some salad . He didn't know what the heck I was asking . He again took something out with his hand and gave me the salad . Didn't even want to give it a cup, asked my plate and put a scoop of salad on it . He was loud and didn't seem to have any manners . My coffee was missing , when I asked he stared at me for a moment and then he went away . Not knowing I went back to eating my food. Few mins later he brought it to me. I don't know if I should drink it or not . The guy irritated other as well. If the owner is reading this , this guy doesn't belong in this restaurant. This guy is your beginning of your end. As a regular customer I humbly request to get rid of this guy.
