I love visiting Marble Slab in Irving, the staff is super nice. They have various flavors of ice cream which is also rich in quality. the place is always kept clean. anytime i come to the area I always visit it. Definitely worth going.

Clean store. Well lit & nicely decorated. Service was ok. The strawberry shortcake is overpriced and needs revamping. The syrup used was just some red sugar concoction. It had no strawberry flavor. The shortcake was processed sugar. Had no shortcake flavor at all. The ice cream was already sweet. So the entire dessert was inedible. I took a few bites and had to throw it away. Wasted $8.

It wasn't too busy when we stopped by for a refreshing and cold ❄️ treat.?Michelle and I decided to chose something from their premade menu selections. We had a combination of ice cream with banana and Reese's chocolates on a waffle cone. It was delish. I can't wait to return to try more menu items. The facility is clean and the customer service was good.??

The ice cream is amazing but this location is severely understaffed. They have one person working during peak hours. You have to wait at least 20 minutes to get your order in. And they don’t even seem to care. Very poor customer service. It’s a pity because this place has great flavors.

Sweet cream was delicious unique for me and wonderfully ice cold. The staff is friendly and happy to answer questions and offer samples. If you're driving up and looking for the place, the signage is small, dwarfed by "Freebirds", which is to the left. But the taste of their unique ice cream is BIG and worth trying.
