I don’t know what kind of training the employees received or what kind of drugs are consumed before the shift but this is not how a small pizza should be cut. This location is inconsistent and I’m starting to wonder if it is because of poor training or employee incompetence. The boxes never come with a safety seal and this is how the pizzas look every time I order one. I won’t be ordering from here again; Not until the employees receive better training and drug testing.

This review is for the young man named Aldean working at Marcos on riverside drive! My wife and I love pizza! Cheap pizza too! Marcos is really affordable and tastes better than dominos or papa John’s or any of the other chains. This is one of the few times we have had a mishap on our pizza, where it didn’t come out right. I brought the pizza back up and Aldean was happy to fix it for my wife and I. He said “ well I’m sorry this came out this way, could I redo it for you man?” I replied and said “that would be great!” All of this with a smile on his face and a demeanor that said I was happy to do so.Aldean’s customer service skills and friendliness are top tier. This is why we are recurrent customers to Marcos on riverside drive. They care about the customer, and they care about what they are doing.
Been to this location countless times. Always fast fresh quality pizzas as I expect from marcos.

Question to the employer: why dont you have a policy to make employees to put on gloves (such a simple and basic solution at the same time crucial in food industry) when they make us a food because one of them just swept the floor and made a pizza with his bare hands? Disgusting And the pizza was tasteless on top of that, even Walmarts pizza much better tasting one.
