The food is good, the place is clean in comparison with most Hispanic restaurants in the area.
The first time the service was great, this time was just ok, our server bring the food quick but she look upset/bore and she never come back to ask if we need something else.
But for sure when Im in the area I will visit again this restaurant.
Food is a good portion and prices are not bad at all.

Okay so I came here to eat. WORST decision EVER!. They told us our total and told us that the TIP is NOT included in the BILL. They straight up LIED to our faces!. When we left, we checked the receipt and the TIP WAS DEFINITELY INCLUDED! . These people are liars and are trying to take advantage of their costumers! I want people to KNOW that the TIP IS INCLUDED and don't fall for their lies!. They will straight up lie to you so you can leave a tip on the table AND make you pay an extra 18% tip!. The server was not even good!. Will definitely not be coming back to this place!

(Spanish) bueno decidimos venir a este lugar para comer...peor decision de mi vida! Cuando pagamos el bill, los dijieron que el TIP no va incluido... Mentiras! Despues de montar nuestro carro, miramos el recibo y SI ESTABA INClUIDO! estoy escribiendo esto para que la gente SEPA que SI va incluido el TIP! esta gente se aprovecha de uno si los dejan.

There have been several times that they change my order and overcharge me.
Even hunger is eliminated by not having the order that one asked for.

TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered 30 pupusas to go and when they brought my order I asked the lady to give me 3 disposable plates. He told me that he could only give me 1 and if I wanted more I had to pay for them. I told her: maybe you are not understanding me, I only need 3 DISPOSABLE PLATES, but she insisted that I had to pay for 3 MISERABLE HYGIENIC PLATES. I told him: I just bought $81 worth of food plus tip and you deny me 3 dishes? That's ridiculous.

Delicious pupusas but we were 2 people and they only served a cup of cabbage for the two of us, that is unhygienic, each person must serve themselves separately..!

I recommend this place, very good food, there is a quick solution to the difficulties, the cashier lady on duty tonight behaved in an inappropriate manner, we placed an order to take away and we also wanted to buy an extra order from the menu but the waitress in charge on duty solved it quickly the situation to not lose customers of years of such a prestigious place, very good job by the waitress.

Nice clean place with a great atmosphere. The food was spot on. We were a little too early for the chips and salsa they give but left satisfied!

Terrible employee service, they should train the staff so that they can have better service. Waiting more than an hour for a plate of food is the worst place.

Very bad customer service I spent $16 for pupusas and the curtido they gave me for one person.

The waitresses are not friendly at all

A bad experience because three of us went to eat, two girls, one and two years old, and they charged us almost 80 dollars because they add the tips in their own way. I don't recommend it because of how super expensive it is.
