First time eating at a McAlister's. The food tasted good, I was hoping the portion size would be a little bigger for cost or include a drink. But overall good. The cashier and server were especially kind and friendly.

I ordered from this location a few months ago and only received half of what i ordered. Today i ordered again and yet again only received half of the order. i let the first time slide but come on two times in a row somebody is getting orders wrong or is simply just too lazy to check the bag and make sure the order is complete before sending it out.

I visited on a late Sunday evening, and Blake and Julius were exceptionally welcoming, even though it was approaching closing time. Their customer service is truly unmatched. It made for an overall great experience, making me a happy returning customer.

I love the food here! I order catering at least 2-3 times a week for my company. They know me by name and even anticipate my weekly orders which is amazing!
But there is a staff member that has made me uncomfortable on multiple occasions. Mary the GM speaks so rudely to the staff, I almost left without my order once because it was uncomfortable. Today I made a mistake on my online catering order. I called to check on it before I realized my mistake and she was completely condescending. I don’t understand how someone who treats people that way is allowed in management.
If there are any further uncomfortable interactions I may find another place for our catering even though the food and the rest of the staff are amazing.

Stopped in for lunch this beautiful Sunday. I hadn’t visited since the renovation and it looks great inside, a fresher and clean feel! The service was great. The cashier was so friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with my family of 5 as we ordered. The food arrived QUICK too!! Great quality, great options, and so tasty. The jalapeño turkey crunch never gets old. And the Diet Coke, you can SEE how perfect and crispy it was. Thank you for a wonderful lunch, it was my husband’s + kids first time and we will certainly be back! Thank you to the team at this location!
