I noticed on my receipt my order was incorrect so when I got to the pickup windows, I told the lady my order was incorrect, she said ok, she would correct it and she didnt, my order was wrong when I got home

I had the honor to meet the owner can't miss him. he represents the food he offers.😅
We had 3 prepaid orders, went thru drive thru, said they could only do 2 at a time even tho it was already paid for. Told us we had to go back around the drive thru during the lunch rush. Asked if we could come inside to get the order, manager said yes. Went inside they told us we had to go thru the drive thru while the manager hid in the bathroom. They were very rude tossing the bag of food on the counter and snapping at my mother who is 70 years old. Poor service, and ridiculous to have to deal with this just to get some food that we had already paid for .they need a change in management.
