Every time I go here the fries are terrible. They’re old, re fried, stale, and cold. No salt. Nothing. McDonald’s is known for their delicious fries but this location didn’t get the memo I guess. I’m tired of coming here and hoping the fries will be fresh. Just lazy on their part, it’s take 30 seconds to cook fresh fries.

Very poor customer service! Manager was in what looked like her bath robe. Barely spoke English. Google maps and McDonald's app says walk-in opens at 5:00 am but this location opens at 6:00 am. I ordered at 5:30 a.m. and they would not let me in and when they did at 6:00 a.m. they tried to give me the same cold food that I ordered 30 minutes ago. Definitely not recommended!

I usually have a good experience at this store, but today I waited for over 20 min for a cold food. They were extra busy from the Grinch meal, but still was unacceptable. They have a phone number to text or call posted on the wall, so I texted the number and no one responds. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes and was ignored by the bust staff.

Terrible experience with the app. I paid online for 2 chickens and 1 cone. Drove here only to be told that they don't see my order. Despite me reading out my code and them reading my name back out to me, she said she couldn't help me. She had poor english so I asked if there was a manager or someone with better English. Nope, she was the manager. It seemed like after some back and forth she was going to compromise and make me the food anyways. She comes back to the window to charge me again after I already gave McDonald's. Told her to forget it and drove off home. Why a manager can't even comp food when their system supposedly made a mistake makes no sense to me. Terrible experience.
Manger lazy standing up against wall doing nothing. Lost a sale because he wouldn’t take a customer’s order at the register. Then walks to back (bell at register) nobody at front to help customers get tea (non in front) or condiments.
