3rd time this McDonald's has gotten my order wrong and mostly due to language barrier issues. The people at the drive-thru need to have better English language skills ...either I can't understand them or they don't understand me and it causes issues, the last time I even had one answer me in Spanish. This is not a predominantly Spanish speaking part of Irving...not even close ( not that that should matter anyway). This is nothing against speakers of another language at all.. it's just a matter of customer service and being able to effectively communicate. I will not be visiting this McDonald's again.

This location in Irving is not the best for service, not a friendly group most of the time, I frequent around the 5am area and it is very inconsistent
