They decided to be funny and put the wrong sauce on my burger . I PAID FOR WHAT I WANT TO GET BUT EMPLOYEES THINK ITS FUNNY TO MESSED UP PEOPLES FOOD UP?? ITS OUTRAGEOUS . I HAD TO DRIVE BACK WHEN I WAS ALREADY HOME . SUCH A DISGUSTING THING TO DO AND TAKES AWAY THE APPETITE .

Worst McDonald’s in the area. Waited over 10 minutes for a dine in order. The kiosk instructs you to wait at the table and they will bring it. They will not. They will set you food on the counter and watch it get cold. This would be better as a parking lot.

The customer service here is horrible. there’s this one girl that wears glasses and she just shoves the food up my face. no “hello how are you” or nothing. she’s just shoving the food up my face without saying a word to the customer. no smile, no kind words, just rudeness. I strongly believe that if ur working in fast food, you should be aware that you must show great customer service and they should provide it by being nice to the customer even with just a simple “hello” or “have a good one.” apart from that, every time I come here I’m always missing food/drinks or they never give me the correct amount of sauces and never even ask if I would like a sauce for my food. It’s annoying. I hate the customer service here and will not be returning here ever again. BE NICE TO CUSTOMERS, ASK IF WE WANT SAUCES, AND DOUBLE CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE HANDING THE FOOD TO THE CUSTOMER TO MAKE SURE THE ORDER IS ACCURATE!

Worst mc donalds ever the workers are so slow they make you wait for the food at the reserved parking lot and after they’ve give the wrong orders. By the time they figure out whose order is the food gets cold. The old lady that’s the manager doesn’t have manners.

I order through the app and went to go pick it up gave them my code and never found the order the they never gave me my order or money back the manager was so rude about it them decided to call the store and the same manager Maricela clicked on me on purpose the fact that I got charged but didn’t get my ordered is messed even though I showed her proof of payment and receipt.

Orderd through the mcdonald app everything arrived except the mocha frappe call the site, they said they couldn't help me unless i talked to doordash but why should they deal with error the mcdonald team made when preparing the bag for pickup.
Any other time great it's just this time the team didn't want to do anything

This McDonald’s is a damn mess. I will not be coming back during my lunch ever again. They had me pull over but never brought me the food so I had to go through the drive-through again and now I’m out of time to even eat so I wanted a refund but it takes too long for a freaking refund. Ruined my lunch.
