Never really a problem with my order I can say. Some of the staff and the managers are great, always kind . The tall man in the yellow vest working counter and food line on 03/08 night shift , really put a order on the mobile pick up rack and turned around , you couldn’t take a few seconds to make sure I didn’t need anything ?? Instead I’m having to say “excuse me.” Just to get what I needed. If you don’t like your job, find a new one.

Went to the McDonald’s at 2:30am to pick up a uber eats order. I gave the woman the name at the speaker and she told me to drive up to the window. I waited at the window for about 10 minutes, just for her to come to the window the wrong order. And tell me that the Uber order I was picking up had already been picked up. I asked her why she made me wait rather than telling me at the speaker that it was picked up. She laughed and said I don’t know. Horrible customer service.

I went here at 4 pm after checking on Google that it’s open 24 hours. It was far from my place, but still drove to this store and waited until the respective can speak to me at the drive thru. First the respective said that the system is not working and asked me to leave. After asking what’s wrong multiple times as I can see a car picking up the order right in front of me. She asked me to place the order online and pick it up. When I did that and was waiting at the window. A guy opened the window and said that it’s too cold to do fries and any meal. He offered free chocolate milk shake and asked me to cancel my online pick up order. After coming back I realised that it’s just a slush.
I realised that they gave me all the reasons to avoid making the food. If they cannot make food in the morning. It’s better to be transparent and remove saying it’s 24 hours open.

It's terrible how they treat you as if you're going to order, they reluctantly take your orders and they bring things to you lying on the table...no one is forced to work...one can have a lot of problems but not take them to work. Leave a job at home, you will give your best, even more so if you pay attention to your clients and leave a desirable image. That they want to return to that place...me personally. I won't go with my family again.

There was mold on the ice in my drink. I had asked for extra sauce on my burger they barely put any. No I didn't confront them about the issue only because others had already went to them about their problems. Workers looked like they hated their jobs. With an exception of 1 girl worker. So I couldn't drink my drink because of health hazards and my burger was dry. That's a waste of money right there. Will be telling friends and family not to go to this location as they need to clean their ice machine, and possibly other things that could have mold on them. Would rate a zero if I could.

Vegetarian options: We got here all the time been going to this location for over 39 something years my step sis was manager and was hit by drunk driver and died 😭😭only and memory my oldest daughter worked there I lived in apts right by there in high school remember when wasn't there 😄times change I love when sometimes things are working cool so just let it ride and it gets better 🤗🤗

The service at the drive thru is complete trash the staff was so rude so disrespectful, when I ask for extra butter, they don’t understand you they demand I speak Spanish to them, I never have a good experience every time I go there, they never get your order right, and there just not professional as a whole

I waited like 10 minutes to go through the drive thru and then waited like 1 minute for them to take my order and they didn't, assuming they were going to take my order at the window and then they told me to go back to the speaker because They didn't notice when I was there at first. 🤦♂️
