I mentioned to the manager how different the store is versus a year ago. I noticed smiling happy staff that gave extra attention to customers. Store was very clean and welcoming. The manager mentioned had been there 6 months. We congratulated him and his staff for such a big difference in experience. Even the wrapping and boxing for burgers and Big Macs looked carefully prepared with perfect perportion. Great caring staff make great stores and great food. It trickles down. Congrats on now being one of the best McDonald's out there. What a turn around. I hope owners keep the focus on staff as they are doing now. We will be back now.

First let me start by saying I am from a 3rd world country and I speak 4 languages. I came and got an order through the drive thru. The lady forgot half my order and then argued with me for 5 minutes in spanish. Unfortunately I don't speak Spanish. I gave her my receipt which made her even more confused. She continued to argue with me in spanish until someone came up to the window and asked what was going on. Then I was finally able to get the rest of my order. I would give this interaction zero stars if I could.

Great drive through experience. Got the Grinch meal, and the Grinch salt is so good. Plus, the socks are nicer than I expected. The service was good, especially considering they had high traffic due to the new meal.

The cashier on the drive the handed me this monstrosity as a drink. I looked at the drink and asked are you sure? She handed me this as a large which is unacceptable especially considering the price hikes. The guy in the drive through is definitely unprofessional and doesn’t need to take orders anymore unless he can annunciate properly and speak like he’s talking to a regular person. Do better

There is no children’s play area here. It is a small restaurant, with not much room for large groups at all. This is a fully automated McDonalds. Order at kiosk. No drink dispensers. A guy carried out our tray, never spoke to us. Not customer service oriented at all. If you like non-contact, this is your place. I prefer getting my own drink and being greeted by a human.

Check your order before you leave. We come here every week after swim class and nine times out of ten something is missing (usually the apples from the kids meal or the fries from the main entree). Also, be prepared to wait awhile in the drive through even though there are two lanes. My kid likes it though 🤷🏾‍♀️.
