This location is horrible. They do a truck delivery in the middle of drive thru lunch everyday. Beware you will get stuck for 30-40 min. Absolutely horrible staff. I did a mobile order and it wasn’t ready even given the wait.
Food was also incorrect.
Stay away during much time for drive thru.

Around 10 I came and ordered I literally just left them. I asked for fresh food because when I received my food it was cold. They did nothing but put it back in the grease it was disgusting and taste like it. I work hard for my money not acceptable! I was going to go back but I was highly upset! And the customer service is highly poor! Don’t recommend this McDonald to anyone!
I then called them after the guy act like he couldn’t hear me but then when he could he laid the phone down n I could hear the background. When I called again sent me straight to voicemail. The worst experience in my life and he doesn’t deserve a job! This the things that makes people come up there and embarrass your restaurant!

My husband and I live around the corner and I’d say this location gets our order correct about 50% of the time. Sometimes, they fool you into comfort but still manage to get it wrong- for example, this evening we ordered a #2 with bacon, extra pickles and Mac sauce, and a #3. Honestly, I’m pregnant and will admit to being the “complicated” order. It took 15 minutes (yes, actually 15) for our order to come out to the car, so I checked the bag, as one does, to make sure we got everything. Everything was labeled correctly on the boxes and the receipt was right so we went back home, only to find that my burger had none of the add-ons that I requested and paid for. But hey, they threw in what looked like a cold birthday cake? pie to make up for it? There were only a couple of cars in line so I can’t quite imagine where the oversight took place but sweet lord this is becoming annoying.

Ordered by Uber Eats- they are 2 minutes away . My Big Mac had moth patties together . They were not seperated and it was cold and fries were cold . My driver picked the order up
In less than 10 minutes and had it to me in 2 minutes - I was craving junk food and it may be my last time - so disappointing with quality , fries were ice cold , burger cold and not assembled properly

Ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel and received a bacon egg and cheese bagel in a steak packaging.
Do not eat here. This place is disgusting and the manager is awful. I'm surprised it's still open. Do not eat here.

Dear Franchise Owner:
When your staff inevitably messes up an order, and it was their mistake, I would train your staff to not then walk up to the customer with the fixed order then proceed to say "if you want pancakes you have to ask for the deluxe".
Your menu does not have the word "deluxe" on it, it states "big breakfast with hot cakes". I ordered off of YOUR menu, not her own personal vernacular.
Been reading quite a few market reports that McDonald's is not doing well, not growing, and has experienced stagnation and even some shrinking recently. Maybe you could help turn this ship some in a small way by hiring people who get orders right, care enough to fix them, and don't find it necessary to "educate" a customer afterwards when they already drove 3 miles round trip due to THEIR error and the fact that THEY are so poorly trained in your establishment that they DON'T EVEN KNOW THE MENU.
I highly doubt that all orders for the big breakfast with pancakes were ordered using phrasing that doesn't exist on the menu. So words to the wise, if this is the status quo for your morning crew, they're messing up orders left and right. I'm the 10% that's saying something, they've pissed off a lot of people I would wager.

This was such an awesome McDonald's the fries were usually fresh and crispy.... Not the usual old soggy ones.The crew operating tonight were terrible. First it's 6pm dinner time and they aren't ringing up in car line where we can see the order correctly on the screen. Then not properly prepared wanted to send me to a parking space after getting my bags of food and drinks except for the mocha frappe and when they finally spoke said they had to change out syrup in machine during peak time I would hVe settled for card with free one next time since I paid.. especially since they made me wait at minimum 10+ minutes holding up their line. t's just old that people can't handle their jobs, can't get out hot decent food and there's nothing the customers can do when they screw up. I'll go elsewhere until this crew moves on. Ugh
