Worstttttttttt customers services. Was sooo excited to get a bagel that I’m glad they are back.. But this women made my morning go south.The lady in the front drive thru was soooooo rude. That I decided to cancel my order. Drove to the Mcaurther location (las colinas) Great customer service appreciate they were able to make my service great. I will drive to that location 100x verse getting treated how that lady treated me.

The friendliest and cleanest McDonalds I have ever been to. The staff is exceptional, they brought condiments, food, and drinks to our table. They had a smile on their face, and genuinely were glad to help us. Highly recommend.

Was there April 2nd 2024 the food was horrible nuggets like rubber cold food the frappe was sickening with too much syrup crunchy ice They never came to bring me new food had to tell them in drive thru THE FOOD WAS THE SAME 2ND TIME AWFUL I WONT BE EATING HERE

I’m not pleased with the afternoon staff and manager at this location. The drive thru is consistently slow to fill an order and will not ask big orders to pull up.The morning operations are flawless and deserve a much higher rating.

Go at 11am and rarely be disappointed. The lunch crew kills it there. Last hit the drive thru regularly up until mid-2023, they rocked, could use a little more personality, but food was great and order correct. I miss L.C.

I stayed in the Holiday Inn for 3 nights and came to this WcDonald's for breakfast on Tuesday and today. I had the same gentleman warmly greeted and handed me my orders. I messed up my order, didn't realize I placed a coffee and a hot chocolate instead of McMuffin. He took care of me right away , although it was my fault. This Is Great Customer Service! I don't think I would ever say the same for a McDonald's in NYC.

The bus place is horrendous. The food is either cold or luke warm. They constantly get orders incorrect and it’s never in favor of the customer. Their frauds and steal by giving incomplete orders. It’s not hard to fill a bag with the appropriate items. Absolutely abysmal hire a competent manager who can hire competent staff.

I asked for 3 syrups and she said they were 75 cents. I went to get 3 quarters gave them to her and she said I needed 6 more cents for tax. Maria the manager was very rude and I will not be coming back.
Worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant in my life. If I could go back and throw my meal at person who handed this to me I would. We got handed our food, smiled and said something kind and they slammed the door in my husbands face. The food was horrible, the sandwich was soggy and not edible. I’ve never been more disappointed in any service I’ve ever received.
