I tried to use the kiosk and it froze ... so I told a McDonald's salesperson it's frozen and I have a reward I'm trying to use... through the Mass confusion on her end...she couldn't figure out how to get it straightened out...so no free fries for buying a drink...😒

Was trying to get my doordash pickup that is already made locks the door as I'm about to come through the 2nd door points me to the 2nd line like they didn't just let 2 people in before
This is by far the worst and slowest service that I have ever received. Everyone seems a bit incompetent. From the moment I pulled up to the drive-thru window had I not spoken first I never would have gotten my order taken, which ironically I had placed ahead of time via the app. Once I gave the employee the code to my mobile order it's still took another minute or so to find my order, and then another 5 minutes just to pick up my food. What was supposed to be convenient actually ate away at the time that I had for the rest of my lunch
