Staff was great!! They had messed my order up a couple days ago finally got the time to go back, and they fixed it without a fuss or attitude. They were super friendly and attentive to what I had to say. Not once did I receive attitude from any of them. I usually go around this time anyways and Night Shift is always super friendly!!

Typical McDonalds fare at this restaurant but that was where the ordinary ended. The staff were extremely pleasant. What stood out to be is there wasn’t a hint of discrimination in their service. EVERYONE was greeted and served the same way. It didn’t matter what they looked like, while I sat and drank my coffee everyone who walked in that store was offered a warm greeting.Their custodian, a tiny older lady, worked so hard. She was cleaning constantly and was so meticulous with it. She was moving chairs, wiping tables, cleaning everything. The dining area and bathroom was spic and span every day we were there.I am not surprised by the behavior of the staff because the manager appeared to be leading by example. He worked alongside them with efficiency, solving problems effortlessly. I even heard him refer to an apparent regular customer by name.Thank you McDonald’s for making my four mornings in Irving Texas a pleasure!

This location is nice and clean the gentlemen manager was very engaged in helping everyone who came in despite there being kiosk up front.It’s nice to see that kind of hospitality a lot of the McDonald’s I go too won’t even take time to help you at the counter and immediately try and get you to use the kiosk.

Came for the playplace. When I arrived, many of the tables had broken booth seats. All of the tables were covered in filth and grime. Bring cleaning cloths.The play place itself is cool. My son liked it.Kid-friendliness: Has playplace.

I ordered online for curbside pick up but when I got to this location where I specifically wanted my order from it didn’t give me no order info but I told the drive thru that the app was messed up but I did order here. The manager spoke to me and said they had no information about my order and refused to get my order done. My card got charged to your location and you refused because of the app messing up my order? McDonald’s do better.
