Lately, on multiple occasions, we spend at least a minimum of 20+ minutes waiting in the drive thru line. There is nothing fast about this fast food McDonald’s. That’s absolutely ridiculous. You’ve got some things you clearly need to sort out at this location.

I loved taking my kids here after school to eat and I went yesterday with my kids and there were so many homeless people in there. I wouldn't have mind but this one man walked up to me with my kids asking for money he had a pee bag with him and he smelled really bad it just really grossed us out and we will not be back there.

They charge $0.65 cents for a cup of water is insane worst than Starbucks😑 and it was a manager that we spoke to, hash browns was stale like it’s been sitting there.

Online says they open at 5am and multiple times I’ve come up here the drive through is not open. I don’t know why it would say they open at 5 and they are never open change your hours online it’s misleading.

I was really hyped up to get a decent value for a breakfast until I was charged $.55 for a water. They don’t tell you this unless you catch it. I have been a resident of Irving, Texas my entire life and have never been charged for tap water. The manager said it was a business practice to pay for the plastic cups that fills up our landfills every day. Not even offered a paper cup that McDonalds didn’t even stock.
This practice is greedy and has changed my patronage to visit McDonald in the future.
Give us a break from greed for a change.
