This location has its serious ups and downs. Dayshift is absolutely on point majority of the time where their orders and I don’t normally have to go back inside to get anything.. now for the night shift oh my goodness like I refuse to go to this location at night anymore unless I have too. The Night Shift is lazy and always tells me they’re out of ketchup , honey, ranch or something because they don’t wanna go to the back to get refills for there bins. My order is never right and you got the manager in the front is taking your order and constantly has to ask you to repeat your order because she’s talking to somebody else or listening to somebody else in the process of taking your order and then tells you to go to the next window to repeat your order because she’s not listening or doesn’t understand you so makes no sense why she’s even taking the orders in the first place and this is All The Time. I’m not going blame it on the employees. I’m going blame it on the managers in the evening it’s just not doing your job correctly but customer service is absolutely horrible. Nine times out of 10 you get a major attitude when you have to go back inside to get something fixed from the manager mind you and in-turn the employees give you attitude because they see the manager doing it hint hint. At the end of the day, customer spending there money shouldn’t have to feel scared to ask for what they actually ordered and also shouldn’t have to beg for condiments 🤦🏻♀️

This is the 2nd time in a couple of weeks my order has been missing something.. I was on lunch trying to grab something and the same location has missed an item. I let it go the 1st time, but this time they forgot a whole McDouble. Couldn't go back to complain because I had to get back to work. I thought we were past the time of forgetting items..won't return to this location again..

Too much wait time for a simple 3 hot and spicy and mocha frappe! Literally took 10minutes in drive thru!
Anytime I order a normal burger with extra ketchup and no onions, they ALWAYS make us wait. Literally 10+ cars will pass before we get our order. Is it really that difficult???? Also. SALT THE DAMN FRIES!!!!! Why don't they salt the fries?!!

The happy meal advertised was the Hello Kitty x Yugioh but the toy was a stupir croce keychain. The chicken nuggets were unusually salty and i was given a sweet tea instead of a unsweetened tea. This is one of the worst mcdonald's ive ever been too. The guy who took my order was difficult to understand while the lady was cold and unfriendly.

Went for a quick bite to eat after running errands, good service and hot fresh food. The French fries had to cool off before I could eat them! The playplace was nice as well, our son loved it, and bonus it was clean!
