Came here at 4:05 a.m. and nobody was at the window/speaker
Order was right and service good, but why in the world would you choose lunch time to close the play area for cleaning?? We brought our kids here and it was closed at 11:30. Other than that, everything was good. We were there about an hour and it never opened.
The drive-thru experience is extremely frustrating—long waits for orders and staff who seem unprepared to manage the flow efficiently.

People running the drive through speak very little English and are rude. Repeated order 3 times and they were unable to place it correctly until another employee took over.
Order was still incorrect at window despite the receipt reflecting what was ordered

Atrocious behaviour from “Mida” at the drive thru. I placed my order correctly and she argued with me and blamed the machine for making it incorrectly. Double checked receipt, nope it was ordered correctly. I got a 5 minute lecture on how to order it to get what I want…. I just wanted light ice… it shouldn’t be difficult to quality check that it’s not a cup full of ice?

This location has its serious ups and downs. Dayshift is absolutely on point majority of the time where their orders and I don’t normally have to go back inside to get anything.. now for the night shift oh my goodness like I refuse to go to this location at night anymore unless I have too. The Night Shift is lazy and always tells me they’re out of ketchup , honey, ranch or something because they don’t wanna go to the back to get refills for there bins. My order is never right and you got the manager in the front is taking your order and constantly has to ask you to repeat your order because she’s talking to somebody else or listening to somebody else in the process of taking your order and then tells you to go to the next window to repeat your order because she’s not listening or doesn’t understand you so makes no sense why she’s even taking the orders in the first place and this is All The Time. I’m not going blame it on the employees. I’m going blame it on the managers in the evening it’s just not doing your job correctly but customer service is absolutely horrible. Nine times out of 10 you get a major attitude when you have to go back inside to get something fixed from the manager mind you and in-turn the employees give you attitude because they see the manager doing it hint hint. At the end of the day, customer spending there money shouldn’t have to feel scared to ask for what they actually ordered and also shouldn’t have to beg for condiments 🤦🏻♀️
