Good drinks and very good service, very nice place, live music, and variety of wines! I loved it!

Mercy was a nice enough place in a tough location. Not easily visible, nothing to look at, nothing remarkable on the wine list, hardly anyone there, employees without basic wine knowledge. It will fail unless the make big

Ask the owner / sommelier for recommendations, he is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and will make sure you are taken care of. Fantastic wine selection, great price and food is also excellent! Service 5

Visited Mercy Bar to indulge my love of live jazz. Sadly, the featured act was a no-show. The Mercy Bar has great ambience and a tasty wine selection. Bottom line: if you are like me, a person who rarely gets out to listen to live music, Mercy Bar might be your backup plan, if everything else falls through. You may end up like me and my date, entertaining yourselves.

It was a great after work spot, it wasnt very busy but that could have been because it was a concert happeningParking: Parking was in a garage, very crowded and pricey due to the concert but the restaurant does valet your parking.

Delightful staff with a solid knowledge of wine. Comprehensive cocktail menu and I appreciate that they ask one’s choice of spirits when making a drink. We had a lovely evening here at the bar and wish we lived closer so that we could visit more often!

Mercy has always been a Dallas staple since it was in Addison. This location has been here for a minute but still is just a great. No it doesn't have the same sexy romantic vibe as Addison, but it's just as good just in a different type of style. The wait staff are always attentive and if they don't know something they make sore they find out. They have a young guy working there that is a on the rise Sommelier and has such a jubilant and personable personality. So they hire well. The drinks whether it's a proper glass of wine or a well made cocktail are always on point. The Friday we went they had a vinyl Dj and he was rocking the house. I wish they stayed open until 2 am so I had more time to spend there but I always look forward to going back to my little cozy get away.

Appreciate the menu is gluten free but food should not be served cold if it's supposed to be hot! Also the wine is no name wine and extremely overpriced.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free paradise

Mercy bar and lounge provided an average experience; however, the lack of a substantial crowd and the waitress's lack of proactivity were noticeable. We needed to call her multiple times before she attended to our table. The ambiance didn't quite meet our expectations, and the drinks were moderately satisfying rather than exceptional. On the whole, it was an acceptable experience, possibly best suited for individuals seeking a very tranquil setting.

Pains me a bit to have to rank this a 3-star since I used to regularly visit the now closed Addison location and loved the experience. And it's not like I've not given this location plenty of chances; this was at least my third visit. Even though it was mostly empty, service was very slow. Music was VERY loud. No happy hour food options and regular menu was somewhat limited. Atmosphere has a dark, "in someone's basement" (maybe not in Texas!) kind of feel--not as nice as Addison's. The balcony / patio might be a better option when temperatures permit. They also add an automatic 18% gratuity even for two people and claim that "a lot of places started doing this"; I eat out regularly and this was a first. Not really a big deal since my normal tip would have been higher anyway even with the slow service and they also curiously only charged 4.3% tax. It's just the principal and the overall feeling that conveys. If you have folks in a place like this not leaving tips, you should try to figure out what's causing that to happen (e.g. slow service, etc.). Pros: 1/2 price of all wine by the glass at happy hour and owner/manager was very nice. Both my guest and I determined that "the third time was not a charm" and odds are we won't be returning.

Eh it was ok. The server was attentive until we received our first drinks then disappeared. I waited 15+ minutes to order a second but decided against it and had to ask another waiter to get the check. They added 18% gratuity even though it was just my wife and I. Vibe was cool, the drinks were good, and the price was fair. They have a ton of drinks, but don't serve wine by the glass. A couple came in and waited by the door, but then left after a few minutes of not being seated. Probably won't return.Wheelchair accessibility: Elevator to the second floor
