The best customer service! So my order got delivered to wrong address today by vendor the restaurant used. I reported it and the manager, Deborah, came out and delivered it herself. She even threw in a few extras for my trouble. I highly recommend a restaurant that not only has great food but excellent customer service even when correcting an issue! Thanks Deborah! :)

I had such a great experience at Mi Cocina! Everything was excellent from start to finish. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly. Diana was a fantastic server — she was very friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. She really made the experience even better with her positive attitude. I ordered the chicken flautas and they were so tasty — perfectly crispy on the outside and flavorful inside. For dessert, I had the vanilla tres leches, which was soft and delicious, and we also shared a flan that was smooth and creamy. Overall, it was an amazing meal and I would definitely come again! Highly recommend 😊

Update: We took our baby for the first time and got her some soup and more stuff that she might liked, we always get our NACHOS MI TIERRA, which the name is different now but they still taste so freaking good! We love it first, this location specifically will always make me feel comfortable, it used to be 2 drinks, now we upgraded to 3 😂🫢.
This is where my boyfriend and I had our first date! 🥰🤍 and we always come to this location since then. They had always treat us with respect and commitment about trying to make us feel good about the experience we always get! I love this place and location. The new menu is actually really delicious as well. Try the new Salmon! 😸

We have been to multiple locations but this location in Irving is the best Mi Cocina around! The staff welcomes you with great hospitality as you walk in and the service is top notch. We had the pleasure of being served by Eduardo and we are truly blessed by how well he takes care of his customers! We’re thankful for his service and the care factor he has! Hi, my book club recently met at this location. Although it was extremely busy and the wait was a bit longer than average, it was clear that the host stand, servers, and manager were doing everything they could to get us seated as quickly as possible.
Our server, Edwardo, treated us to complimentary queso, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Let me just say—he was incredibly attentive to our entire group! He kept everyone’s drinks refilled, including my water and tea, and consistently checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.
The food arrived piping hot, and all of our meals came out at the same time—even though we were a group of seven without a reservation. That was truly impressive.
Many thanks to the entire team, both in the kitchen and behind the scenes, for the excellent teamwork and service. Thank you!!!
